Take sulphur 0/2 one dose now and then 2nd dose at night and 3rd dose tomorrow morning. It should get relieved. If not, then please inform me. I have to change the medicine then. Take care.

Go for check up with ophthalmologist. You might hav developed presbiopia. Which occur after 40 years o age. Glasses will help u. Do not worry. But check up is must.

Hello Sir I want to ask a question. My question is this: My eye is getting deteriorated year by year. 6 years back I was -1.5 on left and -1.0 on right. After every successive years I was getting -1.0 increment. Now I have -5.0 and -4.5. Please help me to solve this problem. And one more thing I have severe headache when sitted for long time on computer or mobile. Kindly suggest me.

The minus power increases gradually when one is in growing age. Stay in touch with your eye doctor for your retina check up. Do not worry about the power for headache you need to do eye exercise regularly, and take breaks in between while working on computer, to relax the muscle.

My son is 11 years old . He is having mayopia and he is using glasses. But he has vision problem during night time. Can you advice remedy for this.

Hello dear. Puffiness of eyes which decreases as day advances suggests kidney disease. My opinion is to consult physician and get renal function test done.

It can be a cluster type of head or could be migraine is it associated with nausea vomitting is it associated with watering of nose or eye? if you wish you can consult in private with all your report and previous treatment.

There are some guidelines for insomnia or in ability to sleep. Avoid stimulating food and drinks 2-4 hours before bedtime. Eg. Tea, coffee, cold drinks. Don't do mentally stimulating work before bedtime- solving puzzles, playing interesting mobile games. Recent studies stay the high exposure to screens has disrupted our natural circadian rhythm. Using blue light in mobiles and other devices decreases this effect. Ensure adequate physical work during day. Learn to deal with stress. Stress and anxiety can be major detergent to sleep. If theye guidelines don't help, discuss with a friend or family or consult a psychologist or physician.

I use my movie and computer too often and now I feel like my eyes hurt and I feel blur sometimes if I bring my phone little bit closer to my eyes as they hurt me I was having this problem before as I am home at most of the time so I spend most if the time with move or computer.

Dryness (computer Vision syndrome) is very common due to overuse of smartphone ,computer & watching TV for long time without break& it is due to drastic decrease in number of blinking per minute, so while working on smartphone or computer you should try to have normal blinking & to avoid complications you should always use some good lubricating eye drops (Refresh liquigel) 4-5 times daily ,with regards.

Start with hard blinking. Shut your eyes as tight as you can. Then open them up as wide as possible. Continue this type of blinking until your eyes begin producing tears.[1] Stop immediately if you experience pain or if the twitching becomes significantly worse. Doing this in quick succession spreads tear film evenly. This will cause relief by hydrating the eye, resting the lid, stretching the eye and facial muscles, and increasing eye circulation.

Hello eyes are covered by membrane known as conjunctiva. This conjunctiva may get pigmented with age. This is entirely normal process and it does not get reversed. This yellowishness is normal and it will not affect your eyes.

Hello, Get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine (if the power is not too high) which will help you in preventing first and reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Hello there are many causes for redness of eyes mainly allergy, infection, inflammation and dry eyes etc. 1. Redness + itching: allergy 2. Redness + pain + watering + decreased vision: infection 3. Redness + pain: inflammation 4. Redness foreign body sensation: dryness if there is only redness then it is normal as slight exposure to dust, temperature or air or eyes may be red in morning. Stress may also cause redness. I usually do not treat when there is only redness, you can 1. Blink a lot 2. Wash eyes with fresh water 3. Cold compresses 4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel these measures will help to keep your eyes healthy but it will not have any effect on redness (treating general redness alone is not necessary also) having said that you should consult local ophthalmologist for proper examination and treatment. There is no relation between redness and number of glasses.

Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. -one helpful way to do this is to imagine that you are looking at the number 12 on a clock. Then, follow the numbers around the clock with your eyes. Repeat going the other way around the clock. -massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the midpoint of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. -take a mini-nap. There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 18 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik. Doctor will perform few tests and if all are okat then you can go for lasik surgery.

first you need to get your eyes tested for any glass power wear protective glasses while you r travelling to avoid dust and dirt entering the eyes.. more importantly put on helmet with wisor ( front glass covering) while driving two wheeler

Hello dear. To get rid of glasses you have 2 options. Contact lens and other is lasik surgery. Both are equally safe if done properly. Contact lens is temporary but lasik is permanent way to get rid of glasses. Both are long lasting and both are safe. My opinion is if you want permanent removal of glasses then choose lasik as it is hassle free and permanent.
