I am giving you general tips for Diarrhoea/Loose motion 1. Avoid food from outside, and fatty, fried spicy, heavy food 2. Lot of fluid to be taken 3. Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. In your given information only which drugs are being taken is mentioned. There is absolutely no mention of blood glucose levels (fasting & PP) and HbA1c%, BP readings, lipid levels. Plus from your weight and height details I notice that with a BMI of 35.15 kgs/M2, you are in the gread 2 obesity category. This is the main reason for excess blood glucose. Your ideal body weight should be 60 kgs, however, you are carrying an excess of 30 kgs. This has resulted in to severe Insulin resistance. Hence, weight reduction is the primary requirement. Plus there may also be a need to look at current drug treatment, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise being done. Even a reduction of 5 to 8 % in weight will be great help. Thanks.
