Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. SIZE, THICKNESS AND HARDNESS OF PENIS never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Usually, in flaccid condition, the size will be less than 2 inches. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which are the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Therefore, please don't worry. You can improve the size of your penis by massaging it with olive oil and doing kegal pelvic strengthening exercises. I suggest sex therapy and counseling. Take care.

Healthy Lunch - 5 Ideas To Help You Pack One!

Think of the day when no one is at home and you have to make your own lunch. You can’t spend too much time figuring out what to make because you are getting late for college or work. Unable to conjure some ideas up, you finally end up buying lunch from the nearest takeaway, never realizing that in the process, you did not do your body any favor.

But, fret not; because all you have to do is learn about a few healthy quick recipes that are a treat, not only for your body, but also for that ever demanding palate of yours. Read on to know more:

  1. Boiled chickpeas: Boiled chickpeas are rich in protein, fiber and low in calories. Chickpeas contain complex carbohydrates that provide a steady stream of energy to your body. The fiber and protein contents in them promote satiety. You can pair them up with sliced tomatoes or cucumber. Feel free to add some spices for a light yet delightful lunch.
  2. Chapatti wrap: You can make a chapatti wrap with fillings that consist of sautéed vegetables and mint chutney. This is a very well balanced lunch that is extremely easy to prepare. Include vegetables such as carrots, cabbage and tomatoes that provide the all essential vitamins and minerals
  3. Stir fried vegetables and poached eggs: Another healthy dish if you are looking to lose fat, this option involves negligible carbohydrate count. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and then stir it in an oak. Add lemon juice and some sesame seeds to add flavor. The poached eggs are a good source of protein and Vitamin B that help in the easy functioning of the body’s metabolic system.
  4. Poha: Poha or beaten rice is a healthy staple that can be prepared very easily. You can add vegetables to the mix to make it a well-balanced meal. It falls under the category of ‘whole grains’, thus it releases energy steadily instead of spiking the blood sugar levels in the way most simple sugars do.
  5. Chicken and corn soup: A very refreshing dish especially during the winters, it is not only light on your stomach but also helps in curing cough and cold. Loosing someone close is very tough emotionally. Sometimes persistent grief leads to depression as it causes constant stress response in your body. You may want to see a psychologist or a counselor for few weeks to break the thought pattern that you are having right now and begin a positive pattern. I would also advice to try following things as you are young and stress is present in our daily life these days. Building resilience will go a long way and help you cope up with many life circumstances. Building your resilience will also help you manage your stress and help in depression. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. I have PCOD I took medication in last year January for 3 months and got regular periods for following 3 months without consuming any pills. Now, again menstrual cycle is irregular and it starts after 45,60 or 70 days, and last 5 days a month. I take meprate for 3 days and get my periods after 3-4 days during that time.

I am having lot of itching on my full body. It has no bad smell and after deep etching little blood comes our. I have consulted skin specialists and other doctors but no relief and this problem has been to me since last 2-3 years. Of and on it increases and decreases. I have recently consulted our Ayurveda Dr. He told that I have lower B-12 and got it checked and found that it is 5. Now he has advised me to go for B-12 injections. I want to know if lower B-12 can cause such deep itching. Also will this get cured with injections. What other issues can be linked to lower B-12 Please . Help me to understand and treat thanks

1. I am having diabetes since past 15 years and mf Fasting sugar ranges from 130 to 150 and PP 160 to 180 and I take 1 tablet of Gemmer forte 2 mg after breakfast .Please advise on how to bring sugar under control . 2. I got my angioplsty done in 2012 . I am taking 3 tablet - clopilet 75 mg , seloken xl 25mg.Crestor 10 mg. I get acidity frequently and feel tired .Please advise 3. I feel tired very early after a walk or some work . Please advise on what type of exercise should be conducted.

Answer to your questions are not so easy that can be given in few words. Your Diabetologist and Cardiologist are best persons who can give you effective advice. Possibly your diet is to be adjusted by a dietitian under supervision of your Diabetologist. You might need more calorie but avoiding increase of CHO and Fat component of your diet. Your protein quantity may have to be increased, of course if your Kidney function is alright. For Exercise, Brisk walking (at your highest comfortable speed) daily, 6 days a week is required. Duration is minimum 30 minutes if you are not overweight. If you feel tired you take a break to begin with. But complete 30 minutes walking. Yes use walking shoe while you walk.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
