weight reduction requires to follow proper diet charts. you can use herbal medicine for permanent cure. start only vegetarian diet. follow our instructions. you have to eat on time. Avoid milk sugar and outside food.

reduce diet, avoid fried, oily food, fast food, sweets and sugar. do morning walk daily for 1 hr, do exercise. eat protein diet and green vegetable diet, drink 3-4 litre of water daily. sit in a tub having hot water so that your whole body deeps in it for 1/2 hr daily thanks

Hi. Firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

I am 29 years old and is overweight 87kgs. I am having pcos and anemia. For pcos I am taking walaphage metformin 500mg 2x a day and for anemia dexorange. Hello do not worry you just need to focus a bit on your diet and some workout is required for 20-25 min atleast 5 days a week have 3 main meals and 2 side light meals like roasted makhane include green tea, cinnamon, buttermilk, fruits, sprouts and vegetables take chamomile tea before going to bed thank you.

You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

U take low calorie low sodium high protein high fibre diet. 45 min walk daily speedly. Don't take rice at night. Drink 10-12 glass of water. Don't drink immediately after meal. 4 -5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya company 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

There is no other way of reducing weight except by consuming less calories. 2) deep fried, processed foods, pickles, papads, pastries, biscuits, nuts, chocolates, ice creams, deserts should be completely avoided. 3) during business meetings go for plain rice with thin dals and lots of salads. 4) dinner should be taken as early as possible 5) simple sugars, nuts, dry fruits (except almonds and walnuts) should be restricted. 6) small frequent meals (containing high fibre, low fat, moderate to low carbohydrates, moderate proteins, normal vitamins and minerals) with regular exercise is beneficial. 7) begin your meal with a big bowl of salad or soups. 8) drink plenty of water. 9) do not skip meals 10) prefer roasted /grilled /steamed/boiled food items. 11) tea consumption should be reduced. Replace tea with organic green tea. Do not have tea along with any meal. 12) consumption of full cream milk will increase fat percentage so skimmed milk is a good option. Have 2 cups of ecovalley green tea daily (without sugar, it helps reduce fat & weight.

After few months your weight will be normal. Eat healthy food like fresh fruits, proteins, carbohydrate, nuts. You can do normal walk in begining. Avoids sweets and too much fat. Breast feed your baby. It will reduce your weighy very fast. Take iron and calcium supplements.

Hi lybrate-user tips drinking 3-5 cups of green tea a day can burn off about 50-100 calories. Monitor your diet, too, to see quicker results. Many teas have a range of benefits, including protecting your heart, preventing tooth decay, elevating your sense of well-being, protecting you from diseases, etc. It's important to read more about the individual teas you choose, as the benefits will vary. Drinking warm/hot tea won't slow down digestion like cold tea/drinks will. Stick to your diet by drinking tea plain or with fat free milk or a sugar substitute. You can lose 2 pounds a week by drinking green tea three times each day. Warnings excessive consumption of tea can lead to interference with iron absorption. Caffeine can interfere with sleep. Don't drink or eat caffeine within three hours of bed. Excessive tea drinking may stain your teeth. Be prepared to use whitening products if you like a white smile.
