Hi. It should be warm not hot. Also you can add some lemon n honey to it to improve its effect. However, you need to take care dt weight loss dsnt lead to nutritional deficiency which is evident in skin dryness, hair fall etc. Till dt dsnt happen, you can continue with it.

Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

As per your height, your weight should be 60 kg. Here are some tips: 1. Increase physical activity level- brisk walk + kapalbhati daily for 1 hr, take stairs instead of lift, walk instead of hiring transport 2. Drink 3 litres water daily 3. Replace simple carbs like potato sugar, sabudana refined grains (white rice, white bread, maida, noodles, biscuit, cake) with complex carbs- whole fruits, vegetables, whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, oats, barley, jowar, brown rice, atta bread), whole legumes (chana, moth, mung gota, rajma, soybean) 4. Have 6-8 small meals daily instead of 3-4 large ones 5. Eat slowly & chew your food well. 7. Avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ fried/ sugary foods, soft & hard drinks, ice cream, sweets, chocolates, glucose, energy drinks.

Best ways to loose weight are exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayan twice a day. Medohar guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid consumption of alcohol. Avoid junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Oily food. Take lemon tea. Walk for atleast 45 minutes in a day. Do pranayama and yoga early in the morning.

I am 26 years old guy of 60 kg. My body is fit but I have a small tummy which never ends after many efforts. Another problem is vibration. My complete body vibrates, in starting my hand vibrates when I did any work but later I saw it my feet also vibrate when I lift it for yoga, then I saw my head also vibrate when I concentrate too stable it. Why does it happen? Is there any serious problem? Someone advice me to consult neurologist for this problem because this problem is related to brain. Please suggest me, what should I do.

Hi You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease fat of hip region you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.
