Hi lybrate-user Everyone wants to reduce fat from some or other part of the body. And the most common problem area is the tummy. Here are 6 tips to keep in mind while you’re worrying about your belly fat: 1. Before you target your tummy fat, try to lose the extra fat around your abs by doing cardiovascular exercises that engage multiple muscles. Try circuit training that burns higher amount of calories in a shorter period. 2. There is no such thing as spot reduction when you have a lot of weight to lose. Instead, try to lose some weight, and once you are thin enough, focus on particular areas to get better results. 3. Get more sleep. If you’re not getting enough sleep and only concentrating on the exercises, you’ll end up over-exhausting yourself. This will do more harm than good. You will end up eating more to fight the lethargic feeling. Try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night in order to win in the fight against belly fat. 4. Eat less sugar and calories. Belly fat is easily reduced with a controlled diet. Try to include more protein and fiber rich vegetables that will keep you full for longer, resulting in less snacking between meals. 5. Drink more water as this will keep you satiated and will prevent you from mistaking thirst for hunger. 6. Eat more fat to burn more fat. Consuming healthy fats actually help your body to burn the unwanted fat. Stock up on healthy fats like healthy oil and fish.

Consume a diet rich in fibrous foods like raw salads, sprouts, whole grain chapatis or brown rice with lots of vegetables. Increase fluid intake with lemon water, coconut water or buttermilk along with plain water. Target wt loss of 4-5 kg every month is usually achievable and medicines won't be required if lifestyle n meal modifications are followed. PCOS requires insulin levels to be controlled for reducing metabolic disorders & that be done through good dietary pattern & ample of exercise.

Daily morning surya namaskar 10 times before 8am. Drink fruit juices in morning (if possible have fresh fruit juices). Do not remain hungry at all. Keep eating at least 2 biscuits at 2 hours of intervals. Drink more and more water. And join swimming, which best for exercise of each and every muscles of our body. Try this for 1 month. You will definitely be helped.

No fat burner works in isolation. Even the tiny line on the bottom of the pack reads-" diet and exercise is necessary. So, a healthy diet and exercise is mandatory for weight loss. There is no shirt cut.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning include sprouts and fruits and vegetables in your diet such take salad before meals, drink more water in a day, don't eat rice at night, take frequent meals instead of three big meals

This can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Hye, thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

D lybrate-user, glad to hear from you:) do you have any medical issues? in order to maintain to your weight please follow these tips- 1) eat small and frequent meals preferably every 2 hours. 2) stay hydrated and drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day. 3) eat at least 2 servings of fruits in a day. 4) add more leafy greens and veggies in the diet. 5) try and use only 4 tsp of oil for cooking meals in a day. 6 stay away from high calories and fattening foods. 7) say no to junk and processed foods. 8) keep the sugar and salt intake to minimum. Exercise and nutrition work hand in hand for weight loss. One doesn't work without the other. Just eat mindfully, control portion size, avoid junk food. Eat some nuts like almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds as 4pm snacks to avoid the unnecessary junk at around 6 pm. Have early dinner. Like at about 7.30pm. Indulge in some sports or walk at least 3times a week and you will be good to go. This will ensure permanant fat loss over a period of 6 months

For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.
