Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. A NIGHT FALL / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. There is no way to prevent nocturnal orgasms or emissions from happening. Sage tea is the best home remedy which is used to treat conditions such as nightfall. If you drink at least two cups in a day, the chances of getting wet dreams will reduce too. Take fenugreek with honey on a regular basis. Exercise regularly and practice yoga and meditation to keep calm and relaxed. I suggest online sex counseling. Take care.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defenses against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures..Also, the body's defense mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or more may be dangerous and demand immediate treatment The following medications may be used at home for mild fever : -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used in children during a viral illness. -Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes and donot overdress. Overdressing can cause the temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause dehydration.Drink plenty of fluids.Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water especially before meals, or after returning from a public places or using public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Hello, I was opening pressure cooker and its blast due to that hot water burns my head skin, and after doctor suggest...
Hello. The burns scar varies from person to person, depending upon the skin type, scar maturity, length, position and width. The treatment accordingly will vary from just a superficial dermabrasion, dermarolling, fat grafting to the scar revision surgeries. So it would be better if you can consult a nearby plastic surgeon or with me online with the photos, to decide which type of treatment would suit u. Thank u.

LIFESTYLE MODIFICATIONS FOR SOUND SLEEP
The following lifestyle changes can help prevent sleeplessness:
Exercising regularly—best when done before dinner; exercise can stimulate arousal so should not be done too close to bedtime
Avoiding caffeine (especially after noon) and nicotine
Getting regular exposure to late afternoon sun—stimulates release of melatonin which helps regulate circadian rhythm
Practicing stress reduction techniques such as yoga, meditation, or deep relaxation
Early treatment of insomnia may also help prevent psychiatric disorders such as depression
Lifestyle
Studies reveal that healthy sleep habits are essential for treating insomnia. The following healthy sleep habits (in addition to the steps mentioned in the Preventive Care section) may help treat the condition:
Maintaining a consistent bed and wake time
Establishing the bedroom as a place for sleep and sexual activity only, not for reading, watching television, or working
Avoiding naps, especially in the evening
Taking a hot bath about two hours before bedtime
Keeping the bedroom cool, well-ventilated, quiet, and dark
Avoiding looking at the clock; this promotes anxiety and obsession about time
Avoiding fluids just before bedtime
Avoiding television just before bedtime
Eating a carbohydrate snack, such as cereal or crackers, just before bedtime
If sleep does not occur within 15 to 20 minutes in bed, moving to another room with dim lighting
