Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Hello. There is a procedure called 'Circumcision', it's the surgical removal of the foreskin, the tissue covering the head(glans) of the penis. It is a treatment option for few conditions of the penis. So, you can opt for this option. Consult a surgeon.

Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Hello- A hydrocele can develop as a result of injury or inflammation within the scrotum. Inflammation might be caused by an infection in the testicle or in the small, coiled tube at the back of each testicle (epididymitis). It has no direct relationship with masturbation habit. But still I advise you to avoid masturbation as it may interefere with the recovery process.

Hi, here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. The condition is called hyperhidrosis. Excessive sweating which worsen with exertion and anxiety. Instead of using medicines, the best thing is to adjust your lifestyle to it. Keep a handkerchief handy to wipe your hands. Use cotton or woollen gloves which can absorb the sweat. Use a ball pen with a rubberised grip which prevent slippage even if your hands are wet.

The first time you have sex is probably not as glorified as they show it in movies. Sex in general is a very messy situation with the intertwining of limbs and hair getting into your eyes. The chances are high that you probably got introduced to sex with the missionary position. Because, not every one of us is lucky enough to start with a sexy over the counter experience.

While missionary is the holy grail of positions, it may get boring, if that is the only position you stick to. Life gives us enough reasons to get us bored and battered at the end of the day. But, sex is not one of them.
Here is a list of positions you may try if you are too bored of the regular missionary:

  1. Cowgirl: It isn’t always fair to have the men do all the work for you, while you just sit there and look pretty. Giddy up, straddle on top of your man and give him the ride of his life. This position gives total control over the extent of penetration to the woman, and allows your clitoris to rub against the pelvic bone of your partner, stimulating you further.
  2. On the edge: Ask your man to sit on the edge of a sofa or a bed with his legs down. Ask him to sit back and relax, while you climb on top with your knees on either side of him. Put your hands over his shoulders and take him in slowly. Have him grab your buttocks while you are at it.
  3. Doggy: This is a position which can be tremendously primitive and carnal. Start by getting on all fours and have your man enter you from behind. This position allows your man to go the deepest. To spice things up even more, do it in front of a mirror and have your man grab onto your breasts while he is thrusting. Keep your legs closed; it gives a more snug feeling.
  4. Reverse cowgirl: This position is a variation of cowgirl. It is just like cowgirl, except you are facing opposite to your man. Have him lie down, or recline against the pillow, get on top of him, and get his member inside you. With his legs closed, you can take the support of his thighs to aid in the movement. This position allows you to be in full control of the speed and penetration.
  5. Spooning: This is an intimate position, probably best when you are too lazy to get up and get going. Lie on your side, and have your man spoon you from behind. To make things spicier, have him multitask by fondling your breasts or teasing your clitoris from behind.
  6. Missionary with a twist: Since missionary is such a sexy position, you cannot simply ignore it. Try it with your pelvic prepped up with a pillow.
