Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.

First Menses - Important Things You Must Know!

Getting your periods for the very first time can be daunting. Especially if you have never been educated about it and you are far away from home and you have no clue about what is going on. The overbearing pain from stomach cramping does not make it any better. It is always good to be on the safe side and keep yourself educated about it.

What is your first period?
Periods are a very natural part of your life as a woman. It happens when the body of a girl undergoes changes and starts maturing into a woman. It happens when blood is expelled out of your uterus to set up your body for maturation and pregnancy. Since your body is transforming, you can get pregnant (and just before your first period as well).

Your period happens once per month and as a rule, lasts between 2-7 days, however, it might take a couple of months for your period to be consistent; the initial few might be light and sporadic. You may think that it is helpful to monitor your period every month, to see when it is expected and when it arrives.

Indications of period
Around the season of your first period, your body shape will get to be distinctly curvier, your hips and bosoms will enhance. You will likewise see more hair developing in new places, under your arms and around your vagina. These are all typical changes and a part of growing up.

Hi lybrate-user, while one can understand the eagerness with a youngster such as yourself to lose 10 kg in 2 months and while this is possible too. In the present case however, what is more important is first to know the time profile of your weight gain. The reasons for the weight gain. And the body composition analysis to know the fat percentage in your body. Please understand that generic guidelines for any weight loss attempt would be: to stick to plant based natural whole foods - whole grains, lots of vegetables, fruits, lentils, beans, grams. Shun animal foods, fried foods, processed foods, restaurant foods, shakes and juices, sweets, nuts and seeds for sometime, oils and fats, sauces etc. Increase your activity levels -- walking, jogging, swimming, little playing games say badminton etc. More than 5 to 6 kg weight loss per month would be undesirable though. Weight loss should be slow, supervised, scientific, and sustained. More damaging would be to lose fast and then to regain the lost weight. Changing diet and lifestyle to healthier ones and to stick to these for the rest of your life is what I would strongly suggest. As you will be able to avoid yo yoing of weight in the coming years. Dear, These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes.

Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil. Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour. It will give you a perfect glowing skin.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Hair growth is dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

It's called as hyperhydroses and is usually due to hyper stimulation of para sympathetic nervous system and apart from taking symptomatic treatment take tablet folvite 5mg once a day and tablet vitamind (60000iu) once a week for six months.

Hello, Decision of taking medications or not should be a specialist doctors opinion. Do consult the doctor. Avoid refined carbohydrates like maida, bakery products, white pasta, sweets and excess salt. Walking or brisk walking is extremely important. Monitoring of blood sugar levels everyday is must.

I am 36 years old male. I got married in 2012 after I got tested hiv non reactive for confirming that I don't want to infect my partner bcoz of my earlier sex activities at vimtas lab. After I got married I did not had sex any one for the years passed and was blessed with a baby girl in Jan 2016. Last year in november 2015 and April 2016 l has safe sex with unknown person.In July 29th I got fever for 3 weeks and around 99 degrees and below. I lost 9 kgs for the past 6 months. Had white coated tongue and disappeared. Had night sweats .had extreme tiredness with out doing any work for some time during and after the temperature period. Getting hot air from inside stomach through my mouth. At the time of fever for diareah and after also but now it stopped. Now I feel whole body and muscle aches and joint pains. Pains in both ears back side and inside ears. For one month my eyes are burning and became red and now it stopped. Feeling weakness in legs and hands and numbness when I wake up. I got gallbladder removed this January. I got tested on 5th month for rapid test and 6th month for eclia 4th generation test in apollo labs and 7th month again eclia in nabl approved lab and all were negative. I gave for provera dna pcr qualitative test in a top lab in bangalore and test came negative after 4 days. Due to anxiety I gave for cd4 and cd8. Cd4 was 687.

The CD4 count of an uninfected adult who is generally in good health ranges from 500 cells/mm to 1,600 cells/mm. Your cd4 count is normal other hiv tests are also normal, so your problems may be due to something else including anxiety, so get a general check up.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
