Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine folliplus tablets (adven) (3 tabs) twice a day for one month and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Genaral test you can do primarlly that is. Cbc-esr, liver profile, renal profile, thyroid profile. Acc to diseases.

Take syrup septillin 2spoons three times a day for two weeks. Anbuta plus oral drops. 10drops two times a day. Read the leaflet. Avoid eating chilled, oily, spicy, sour food items. Do hot water gargle with salt in it.

Hello lybrate user as you asked about your problems related to lose motions. It may be because of getting all unfavourable dietary measures and behaviour that's why your foods taken are not digested and resulting many times potty formation. I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. You may use khichari and dariya with green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Use buttermilk inspite of yogurt hingwastak churn or shivakshar pachan churna. One spoonful put it in the first bite of your meal with ghee 2-3 times daily. With each meal for 10 days. 2- pippalyasav 15 ml mustakarist. 15 ml twice daily after meals. Follow regular the above prescribed medicines for one month.

First and foremost never put finger in your nose becoz nose pricking is one of the most common cause of repeated nasal bleeding. Get your blood test coagulation profile done at nearby pathology. Take vitamin c tablets liq. Paraffin nose drops. Get ent examination done by a ent specialist nearby.

Hello lybrate-user, Thank you for writing to Lybrate. Sometimes babys do not put weight due to various reasons. I suggest the following. Foods like potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, dal, ghee, ragi, almonds, yogurt, eggs and milk help the baby to gain weight. Please take a pediatricians’ suggestion before you start any of these foods. As always follow a 3 day test rule.

Breathing Exercise for Anxiety
Breathing is the one involuntary body function, you can consciously control. The first step is to simply bring your breathing under control:

1. Exhale completely.
2. Then slowly take a deep breath in through your nose.
3. Expand your diaphragm/belly to bring air into the lower portion of your lungs.
4. As you gradually fill your lungs from bottom to top, expand your chest.
5. Even lift your shoulders for a last bit of fresh air.
6 Then relax and let the air flow smoothly out of your body.
7. Pull in your stomach at the end to expel the last bit of stress.
8. Then begin another breath.

According to your height you should have 80 kg. Along with gym proper diet is very important. Take healthy food. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Drink lots of water. Use supplement. If you want specific guidelines then you can consult privately on lybrate.

Symptoms of malaria 1. Intermittent high fever with chills 2. Profuse sweating 3. Headache, fatigue 4. Nausea, vomiting 5. Diarrhea 6. Anemia 7. Enlarged spleen if you have fever 1. Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 4. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting doctor 5. Consult me for further advice.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Kindly see a physician for further management

I would suggest her to following home remedy Natural home remedy using saffron: 1. Boil ½ a cup of water 2. While boiling, add ½ tsp of saffron 3. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 min 4. Transfer the liquid to a cup 5. Sip the mixture when hot surely you will get results, if it dosent work then you must consult ayurvedic doctor.

Hi lybrate-user bananas are a great source of nutrients, providing your body with benefits that enhance your overall appearance: Bananas and your waistline Do bananas make you gain weight? No. They won’t. Don’t be afraid that a banana will make you fat; a normal banana contains about 150 calories max. The false interpretation that a banana makes you gain weight is commonly based on the fact that a banana contains a relative large amount of carbs, of which natural fruit sugars. These sugars are broken down into glucose, which provides your body with energy to move your leg, make a step, walk etc. That’s a good thing! Did you know your brain can’t even function without glucose? To keep it simple: to gain weight, you’ll need to eat more calories than you burn. I wrote an article about that here and here. You can imagine that a person who needs 2.500 kcal on a daily base, won’t gain weight over a banana. Perfect pre-workout snack Your body directly uses the glucose, making a banana a perfect pre-workout snack. Let’s say you ate more bananas and thereby taking in more glucose than you need right away: your body stores the glucose as glycogen in your muscles and liver, saving it for energy later on. Making it more extreme, let’s say you ate more bananas and thereby took in more glucose than your liver and muscles can store at that moment: a remainder of glycogen is left, which will be stored as fat. As you can see, it’s all about portion control and/or using up energy if you want to keep your waistline slim; one banana at the time is enough. Tip: you’ll love this banana-coconut-peanutbutter snack! Bananas and wrinkles Due to its high values of vitamin A and vitamin C, a banana is a great anti-wrinkle food. Iron and B vitamins make a banana a great source of important minerals and vitamins for vegans and veggies. So, if you are sensitive to (winter) depression or if you are moody in the morning, add a banana to your breakfast. You should prepare a green tea. Boil a slice of ginger, 1 pinch dalchini, and add 2 gm mulethi in 1 and half cup of water. Boilbit for 10 minutes. Add honey at the end when boil is complete.
