How to cure it with...
1.Apply a fresh paste of cold cucumber juice with 2 tsf of lemon juice and wash off after 10 minutes 2. You can also combine 2 tsf of aloevera gel with few drops of rose water. Freeze it for 10 minutes and apply it on tanned skin 3. You can also apply fresh lemon juice in affected area and dry it before washing it with water 2-3 times a week 4.Avoid exposure to bright sun light 5.Apply sun screen with SPF more than 45 while going out door 6.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Hi lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food twice in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) avoid late night sleeping habits 4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. A) take 30 ml of ojus syrup and 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. Validity) take 2-2 tablets of aarogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals. C) take 30 ml of khadirarishta and 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. D) apply paste of tankan and fresh lemon juice with gentle massage on face. Two times in a day. Do all these things for thirty days and reply me for further suggestions. Thanks.

I want to gain my weight I eat alot but can not sew good result what I can do to gain my weight.
Do regular exercise to gain weight. Eat extra foods. Do not skip meals. Take ghee, butter, cream etc. Use refined foods extra with unrefined. Take dense vegetables, fruits. Take more fish, egg, meat etc. Use healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water but not during meals. Take nuts, seeds. Use supplement. Take proper rest.

It's been 3 months I have joined gym. Previously I weighed around 74 kgs and now my weight is 72 kgs. I am on a rich protein diet these days. I am wondering is it a bad sign or it's just a normal thing? Apart from this what diet would you suggest to gain a proper muscles with a lean body?

Protein rich diet is definitely good for body. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

I'm a 32years old male working in IT industry 1) facing pain in the center of my back 2) unable to sense sometime odor/smell, suspecting the severity of sinus 3) at times upper/lower/both stomach gets tighter, suspecting gastric issues 4) at times post urine I can sense some pain in the urinal path. You may be suffering from both back and renal issues. Do some exercises for your back, like core strengthening exercises,

The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. Reduce portion size. While eating out try to order less. Exercise daily 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  Don't just focus on Weight. Focus more on building Fitness. Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. Love yourself and respect your body.
