Hello, scalp visibility with reduced hair density is caused due to stress & anxiety obstructing  growth of hairs affecting hair follicles & sebaceous ,hence you need to  regulate your life style, first. Go for meditation to reduce your stress to nourish hair follicles. Take, plenty of water  to moisten your  scalp to check dandruff, in order to condition hair follicles. Gastric disorder, triggers hair loss, hence, take,  easily digestible diet on time to check gastric disorder. Avoid, junk food,  alcohol & nicotine, scorching Sun & dust. Take, homoeopathic medicine:@ Jabornady Q-20 drops with olive oil,  apply on scalp. You may opt 'hair loss package 'to ascertain a better result Take care.

Hi. Thanks for the query. Its possible you are not eating the right foods at the right time as needed by your body. Loosing weight is not about eating less and just exercising. Its about nourishing the body and eating enough according to workout. Go for a personalised diet consultation. It will definitely help you.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

This stuck up thing is due to the dryness in the mouth as dry mouth does not sense what it has to you feel like stuck sensation so for thisyou need to do first thing you should get thyroid testing done, and than you may need to hydrate up your body because any symptoms of throat comes with symptoms of nose also dear the symptoms you are getting are due to dryness of the mouth, this is because of lack of mucus in the mouth which is protective layer of our mouth, and is being produced in the mouth by glands which will be helped by good and healthy blood supply to the glands, blood with good blood cells will take oxygen to the gland and gland works, they require oxygen in ample of amount, so if you do not take iron diet on daily basis than this will lead to less of mucus production and hence lead to dryness and thick mucus problem, this thick mucus leads to irritation in mouth hence leads to itching in the mouth, start taking good iron diet on daily basis, and shakes, avoid salty and spicy food.

Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. ALSO use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Hi... Avoid long standing and bending works till your pain subsides... Do back strengthening exercises,avoid bending work and heavy weight lift,sleep on hard mattress...with this u may feel better
