Hello, there are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! exercises: practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. (the mind and body are deeply connected. If the mind is occupied by thoughts and worries then the shavasana will be unsuccessful. Therefore one has to acquire the stability of the mind along with the stability of the body.) anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like balasan, setu bandha sarvangasan, uttanasan, garudasan, savasana, triconasana, viprita karani, marjaryasana, dhyana, bhujangasana, anulom-vilum, pranayam, etc. Another stress-buster can be getting involved in any of your hobbies (may be a childhood hobby which you used to enjoy a lot!) - dancing, singing, painting, listening to soothing music, playing musical instruments, etc. (believe me, you would really enjoy doing this alone as well or may be with your friends, kids). Medication: take homoeopathic medication - schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos. 6x/ once at night - take them for 4 weeks.

In your case I would like to suggest you to consult me in person because firstly the age difference plays it's role. You have to be potent of her age. Secondly, you have pressure to make her conceive along side previous failures.

Yes. Consuming too much of calcium supplements leads to stone problem. Your mother should take calcium from natural food or take any reliable natural supplements like nutrilite calmag d. Also you can give her nutrilite glucosamine hcl for knee pain. There are no any side effects noted from these supplements.

Gargale with warm water after evary meal. Brush hefore going to bed.
If condition advanced then gargle with half glass of warm water with 1 teaspoon common salt and few amount of turmeric.

Treatment can include simple excision, endoscopic removal, or liposuction and it depends on the size, number and location of lipomas. Simple excision is usually done for superficial lipomas and is done under anesthesia by giving and excision and removing the contents of the lipoma. Then these contents are sent for histopathological examination. Liposuction has more recurrence rate but in surgical incisional removal, since it is removed completely, including the capsule, the recurrence rate is less.

If you went for unprotected sex, then check pregnancy test urself. If it is negative then dont worry and wait some time for periods to come. If not then consult lady doctor.

Nowadays, a life full of stress, anxiety and unhealthy lifestyle is causing a lot of young heart attacks and strokes. Even though you have a family predisposition to heart disease you can prevent it by actively working against the factors contributing to heart disease. Regular checkups, regular exercise, balanced diet and reducing stress by mindfulness techniques can go a long way in protection yourself. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings.

There are two possibilities in your case. 1. As your doctor suspected - fungal infection. But if you need to use Ketoconazole for about 3 weeks to see the results. Hair regrowth takes time 2.Alopecia areata - a condition that is becoming common among youngsters these days. To diagnose this, you need to meet a doctor in person. So my suggestion is wait for two more weeks and then take a call meanwhile there is a wonderful home remedy to aid mustache re growth - Make a paste of cumin powder and lemon juice - apply to affected area. Rub for three minutes and then wash it off with warm water. After that apply castor oil to the affected area.

For headache take tablet paracetamol 650 mg eight hourly and migrane- it is characterised by one sided headache which is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura and we can start with tablet propranolol after personal examination.

You should take pulsatilla 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach for 3 days only. If you get the periods then it is fine and if not then go for ultrasound abdomen pelvis. Revert with the feedback.
