Stop hair fall frequently. While combing after bath and while shampooing the hair, while applying hair oil I get hair fall kindly guide me with the appropriate solution for hair fall Thank you.

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath, Mumbai
Basically after head bath few strands will fall as the process of hair growth has a phase where the hair has to fall. Daily 50 strands if are falling it is considered as normal. But if it is leading to patches it require treatment.

MD - Homeopathy

Black heads are the dark plugs usually black or brown of dried sebum (fatty secretion) of the sebaceous gland, which blocks the pores of the skin. When the skin pores are blocked and reaches the skin surface and are touched by air blackheads are formed. Precautions to be taken are- drink plenty of water. Consume food products rich in antioxidants, like green tea, fruits. Wash the face at least 2-3 times in a day with a good face wash. Don't let the dirt and impurities clog the skin pores. Use of an good scrub will decrease the blackheads. Scrub at least once in 15 days or once in a week. You can also apply alovera gel on them, it will help in reducing the acne n removing the blemishes. You an also apply egg white on the face, leave it untill it gets dry and then wash it off with water.

I am 24 years old male, I have dark circles & fine line under my eyes & I want to get rid of that. Please suggest me how can I get rid off the dark circles & fine lines under my eyes.

Castor Oil Castor oil is one of the best natural under eye moisturizers. Wash your hands and face with water and dry your skin with a soft towel. Dip your finger in castor oil and massage the wrinkled areas with it. For the best results, apply this remedy at night right before you sleep. When practiced regularly, it will not only remove wrinkles and fine lines, but it will also provide your skin a youthful and smooth look. Cucumber Juice Rubbing the under eye wrinkles with a cotton ball soaked in cucumber juice is also very effective. Cucumber contains natural ingredients that refresh the areas around your eyes, tighten your skin and give it a smoother look. Honey And Potato You can prepare another great home remedy for under eye wrinkles by using ½ tsp. of honey and ¼ slice of a raw potato. Mix honey in mashed potatoes to make a paste. Spread this paste on two cotton eye masks and put them on both the eyes, making sure that the masks are also covering the under eye wrinkles. Keep your eyes tightly closed so that the paste should not enter your eyes. After twenty minutes, remove the masks and wash the areas thoroughly with water. Mild wrinkles will almost go away immediately with this remedy. The darker and more stubborn lines will take a few weeks provided you are applying this remedy daily. Grapes

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Acne happens due to blockade of sebaceous glands. Acne treatment needs a combination of approach. Please follow this regimen. 1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face. 2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep. 3. In early morning apply clindac gel. 4. After bath apply suncote gel. Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement. I am 20 year old male and my hair falling when I am comb or moving hand To my head.

Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Dear Lybrate User, *Dandruff is a common, non infectious skin disease of the scalp. It may be found even in face, ears, body folds, neck and front of the chest. It is caused due to faster shredding of the dead skin in the lesions. Thus the white dust gets seen on shoulders of the victim. *Ayurvedic treatments such as shirodhara, shirobasti helps not only to relieve dandruff and improve hair quality. They also help you to relieve stress and lack of sleep (which are also cause for dandruff). *As per Ayurveda, most of the skin diseases are related to blood impurities / Dosha imbalance in blood. If that is the cause, then medicine and treatments to treat impurity, then treatment for blood and liver detox *Consume more fluids, fresh fruit juice, avoid more tea, coffee, soft drink, dry, spicy, maida related junk foods. *Practice breathing exercise, yoga, meditation for detoxification.

While your hair mostly depends on your genetics;  stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair health and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
