A psychiatrist is a doctor. A psychiatrist mainly deals with severe mental disorders or diseases and also patients with addictions. Prescribes medicines and suggest/monitor ect if required. A psychiatrist deals mostly with physical aspect of the disorder and does not engage in therapeutic work. A psychologist is a person who is not a doctor but has studied pschology. A psychologists mainly deals with patients with mild to moderate behaviour disorders. A psychologist has a number of tools for assessing the severity of disorder in the patient. A psychologist cannot prescribe medicines and deals with the emotional part of the disorder. Helps the patients by using various therapies - mainly focusing of thought processes and behaviours. There is no best psychiatrist or no best psychologist - each patient will have their own experience with these professionals. You may check with people known to you or may check on the net, and find the best one suited for your needs. The relation between the patient and the doctor/psychologist is a professional relation. Hence, once the rapport is build, the patient feels more comfortable. So enquire about the professionals suitable to your needs. Take an appointment and after 1 - 2 meetings you can decide whether they are appropriate for you or not.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

If its sprain and you have swelling and pain, 4 things are important. Rest, ice, compression, elevation (rice). Take rest, don't put much stress on the affected leg. Use ice packs for 15-20 mins after every 1-2 hours. Apply a crepe bandage with uniform pressure over the swollen area, don't make it very tight or very loose and open it while sleeping and bathing. And keep the leg elevated (on a table or by using pillows)

To maintain the skin health and reduce the dry skin condition, follow this - 1.Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. 2.Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. 3.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. 5.You can mix some oils like – Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *Consume more fresh fruit juice. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *Cleansing shall be one of the most important steps of your skin care routine. Even if you are not having an acne problem washing the face twice a day helps in removing dirt, oil and dead skin cells from the surface of your skin. Less oil and dirt also means less acne. While washing your face never apply soap and always use a mild face cleanser. Also wash the face only with warm or cold water as using hot water can cause pimples *To avoid having pimples it is not just necessary to keep your face oil free but your hair shall also not be oily. Leaving overnight oil on your hair can cause pimples as the hair touching your face will make your skin oily. Wash your hair regularly and don’t let them fall on your face. Also go easy on products like hair gels, fragrances and deodorants as they can clog up the skin pores leading to pimples.
