Aloe vera and turmeric pack to clear scars of pimples aloe vera is a great source of nutrients, enzymes and polysaccharides. It acts as anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agent and helps to remove the toxins present in the skin and also balances the natural moisture level of the skin. Turmeric is an excellent exfoliating agent and has anti-inflammatory properties. Make a paste of fresh turmeric and mix 1 tsp of aloe vera pulp with it. Apply this pack onto the pimple marks, wash off after 20 minutes.

Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal. So, first try to improve your diet before you decide to start any supplement.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fruits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hello Doctor, I am female 30 and have 39-40 kg weight. I have been skinny since childhood. I don't fall sick often like fever or mc issues. My bp is constant low & have sometimes white discharge. My body temperature is all time high 98F. My breast is not fully grown. And, I sweat a lot. I have severe hairfall have gone through thyroid test - T3 = 133 T4 = 7.6 TSH = 4.09. Is it normal range? Is it possible that I can gain muscles in a safe way? My hands & upper body part is too skinny. Need quick result as I need to get married. hello dear. take high protein and high calorie diet. take milk and milk products.take fresh curd daily atleast 2 times in a day . take sprouts, flax seeds , egg , paneer, tofu, soy milk, whole pulses , any sweet item after dinner u will take . do stretching and bench press exercise daily. don't skip your breakfast and meals . take shake , juice with glucose .

Ways to lose body fat: food - eat low calorie balanced & nutritious food. Avoid too much of oil & suagar in daily diet. Avoid bakery items, cold drinks, fruit juices. Drink 3-4 ltrs of water. Avoid too much of tea & coffee. Exercise: daily exercise is must to get a fit body. Walk/jog/swim/cycling. Rest: sleep for 6-7 hours. Learn meditation.

Oatmeal is a kind of porridge. Any grain served hot in the shape of a cereal is porridge. Oatmeal is made by processing oats. Oats are perhaps more palatable as a porridge because of the milk or cream in it and also because the heating probably makes the oats more palatable.

Hello. For sore throat, need to follow the points: - Avoid cold things, fried/ oily food. -Avoid excessive use of voice/ roughly using voice or else shouting. - Gargle with salt and warm water solution thrice daily. - Take Ginger tea. - Avoid excessive cold air or sudden change of temperature (like coming from heat/ sunlight to an A/C room). - Can cover your throat with a stole. Take homoeopathic medications - Schwabe's Alpha- CF/ 1 tab. And SBL's Stodal cough lozenges – all of them thrice a day daily- for 3 days. Revert me back.

B-protein by british pharmaceutical is one of the best. Also you can take whey protein. I will advise you not to go for this type of things. Have a healthy diet. Take high protein diet. Lots of green veggies. Fresh fruits. Walnuts,almonds, dates,cashew soaked chic peas and pea nuts.

Take a protein supplement b protein powder 2 teaspoon per day in a glass of milk. Add in your diet dry fruits such as 5-6 pcs of almonds and 1-2 pcs of walnut and take a complete meal having dal, rice, curd or buttermilk, roti and salad.

Hello. I am not clear is it depression symptoms or not but suddenly I feel very happy n whole day is nice but next day I feel bad, I replied to my husband n daughter (just 4 year old) in a bitter n rude prompt reply. Do regular exercise like muscle building exercise. Increase eating frequently. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use dense vegetables, fruits. Eat more fish, egg, meat etc. Add ghee, butter etc with foods. Use healthy fat in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Use more and more cereals in your diet like rice, puri, paratha, chapati with ghee. Take halwa of dryfruits and fruits and fruit juices. Take creamed milk. You should take some light exercises that do not burn much calories.
