I am 25 years old. I work in IT company. 2 years after joining the office, I got a problem. When I come from office at evening, my body is OK, but my head gets heavy and it won't let my body work. I feel very tired and I have to sleep. Even after 8 hours of sleep, I feel like my sleep is not completed. The sleep remains their in my head and head becomes heavy. I have a feeling that the tiredness is not in my body, but it is in my head, which gets heavy and do not allow my body to work. I think my brain is getting tired. Please suggest me.

Hi, you seem to be overly stressed out because of long hours of work. You need to streamline your lifestyle at home and also at work. While in office, I would advise you to take regular breaks, relax yourself for sometime and then get back to work. This would not only help you de-stress but also help you keep fit. Remember that de-stressing yourself periodically is not only good for your health but also is essential for you to stay engaged with your work and enjoy the same. Make sure, you take care of your posture and the needful ergonomics too, while at work. Working on computers/ laptops et al for long hours exposes one to repeated stress related injuries (rsis) and consequently one may land up in issues like stress, bp, headache, migraine, eye sight problems, spondylosis, nervous issues et al. Hello- At the entrance of your anus is your anal sphincter. This muscle isn't like others. It can't relax very quickly; instead, it takes quite a while to fully relax, but once it does, it can stretch quite a bit. When it's tight, it's very tight. So during your anal sex prep, you need to set aside some time to allow your sphincter to relax comfortably. A good way to start getting it to relax is to first slip a lubed finger in there. Then, hold it in place for a few minutes and just relax. You'll notice after a while that your sphincter just naturally loosens up. As it does, try slipping in a second lubed finger. Again, wait a few minutes and you'll notice your sphincter muscle starting to relax further. Now you don't have to use your fingers and can use clean butt plugs or dildos instead. The key is to allow your sphincter to relax enough so you can fit your man's penis comfortably in you.

I am a 35 year old woman. For the last 9 months I have been experiencing on and off some discomfort when I eat certain types of food or aerated drinks, beers, wine. My stomach gets bloated and I get a slight pain (similar to a cramp) in my stomach and in the area above the navel. As soon as I start belching I get relief. I am confused as it does not happen every time I have that particular type of food. Sometimes I dont get it at all for 10 days in a row although eating everything and then suddenly it happens for 2-3 days in a row. Hence I am unable to identify which food or drink is affecting me.. Seems like some sort of gas problem but how can I treat this as it is going on for too long. Kindly advise.

u seem to be suffring from acidity -Avoid foods and drinks that trigger acidity (e.g. Fatty ,Spicy foods, onions, garlic, peppermint, chocolate, coffee,tea, citrus fruits or juices, tomatoes, cola or alcohol) -Stop smoking. & Avoid alcohol;Stress may increase stomach acids -Wear loose-fitting clothes.Tight clothes or belts can constrict your stomach. -Lose weight; Extra fat places pressure on abdomen, pushing gastric juices up  -Do daily exercise.like walking;It keeps you upright, allowing gravity to aid digestion -Don't lie down after eating.Wait at least 2-3 hours after meal before sleeping. Avoid late night snacks .Elevate the head end of bed by 6-8 inches. Sleep in left lateral position. -Review the medications;that cause acidity: like pain relievers/ antibiotics/Iron tablets HOME REMEDIES:.Dried ginger ,dried fennel or Ripened guava can speed up digestion of food  -Juices-Citrus drinks such as orange, tomato juice ,grape fruit, and pineapple juice are very acidic and can cause acid reflux. Other juices like apple,carrot,aloe vera,-are less acidic and thus safe..  -TREATMENT: -Antacids: for mild symptoms, likeMucaine gel, may give relief.  -For severe cases,tablet Pantocid –DSR are taken once/twice daily before meals as these reduce acid production in the stomach.

Hi, Slight discharge from the private parts is supposed to be normal in both males and females. This may be nightfall which is bothering you. Home remedies for nightfall: -Individuals suffering from the condition can also opt to drink a glass of fresh bottle gourd juice every day, preferably at night in order to prevent nightfall. -Grind some fenugreek leaves or seeds and extract the juice.Add some water to the juice (one cup to 2 tbsp.). Add a few drops of honey for taste as well. Drink the juice before bed time every day to curb nightfall effectively. -Drinking a glass of warm almond milk at night before going to bed can relax the mind and body, and literally lull you to sleep and is one of the best known home remedies for recurrent wet dreams.
