I want to increase my weight by about 10-15kg can I have some suggestions about how to increase it.
Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

Do not worry lalit your problem is permanently cure by ayurvedic medicine. I am advising you following remedy Mix together equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves, and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. Chew a small piece of jaggery after lunch and dinner. Repeat until acidity subsides. It will surely help you.

I have belly fat on stomach and I want to become slim and fit. Suggest me any cure about this?
It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. The best way is to do proper exercise and increase gradually to increase capacity. Best food is traditional food made at home which contains cereals, salads, almonds, linseed in winter, clarified butter and buttermilk etc. I have not seen any use of muscle mass food etc. Keep your bowels clean. May take some special brunghan group of herbs for added advantage which are safe.

Morning excercise is very good for health. But before excercise. You have to consume 5-6 almonds & 1 seasonal fruits. Don't go empty stomach it can lead to hypoglycemia.

Hi I am weighing around 85 kg now n unable to loose weight inspite of brisk walk of 30 to 45 min daily n good diet plans (from reputed dieticians). In past 6 years I have lost 10 to 12 kgs 3 times with aerobics twice n once yoga n assigned diet. I have done the test of vit b12 n thyroid. They r normal. Inspite of having knee pain (hv been reduced but not completely) from 8 months, I do diet n walk (did suryanamaskars but left due to fear in within these 8 months) but unable to loose. Tat demotivates me a lot. Can anyone guide tat can give fruitful results.

शादी के बाद न केवल सामाजिक पारिवारिक, मानसिक जिम्मेदारियां बदलती है बल्कि सबसे ज्यादा बदलती है शरीरिक जिम्मेदारी। चाहे वो घर और बाहर के काम हों या फिर पति पत्नी के शरीरिक संबन्ध। और कई बार कुछ जिम्मेदारियों के साथ कुछ घटनाएं होती है जो हमें कभी खुश तो कभी परेशान कर देती हैं।अब जैसे शादी के बाद मां बनने की खुशी सातवें आसमान पर पहुंचा देता है तो वहीं इर्रेगुलर पीरियड जैसा बदलाव टेंशन और तकलीफ से मिला देता है। हालांकि अनियमित पीरियड्स होना  एक मेडिकल कारण है लेकिन शादी के बाद इस समस्या के कारण और उपाय की जानकारी होना जरूरी है जिससे इससे निजात पाया जा सके।
शादी के बाद महिला के जीवन में आने वाले भावनात्मक और हार्मोनल बदलाव जिसमें कुछ अधिक चिंता की बात नहीं है अगर यह सामान्य तौर पर होता है तो पीरियड्स में होने वाला बदलाव एक तरह से संकेत होता है की मासिक धर्म को नियंत्रित करने वाले हारमोंस बैलेंस नहीं हैं।
अब समस्या है तो समाधान और उसकी वजह को समझें भी। तो आइए जानते हैं कि क्योंकि होती है अनियमित पीरियड्स की वजह और उपाय।

1. गर्भ निरोधक दवाएं खाना
शादी के बाद सामान्यतः महिला गर्भनिरोधक उपायों का इस्तेमाल करती है और दवाइयां और अन्य मेडिकल साधन इस्तेमाल करती है जिसकी वजह से हार्मोनल संतुलन बिगड़ जाता है और उसे सामान्य होने में वक़्त लगता है और यह भी आपकी पीरियड्स की अनियमितता, संख्या और अवधि को प्रभावित करता है।
उपाय – शादी के बाद परिवार नियोजन यानी फैमिली प्लांनिग करना और अनवांटेड प्रेगनेंसी से बचना बहुत जरूरी है पर इसके लिए पिल्स खाने के बजाय अन्य बचाव के तरीके अपनाएं।

 2. हार्मोनल बदलाव
हॉर्मोनल चेंजेस शादी के बाद सामान्य है लेकिन समय पर डॉक्टर की राय नहीं लेने पर कई तरह की समस्याएं सामने आ सकती है जैसे कि गर्भाशय में गांठे होना और मासिक धर्म का अनियमित होना जिसकी वजह से गर्भ धारण करने में समस्या हो सकती है।
उपाय – जैसे ही आप अनियमित पीरियड की समस्या का सामना करें तो फौरन डॉक्टर को खबर करें।

3. डिसबैलेंस वजन 
शादी के बाद वजन को लेकर भी समस्या हो सकती है और साथ ही कई कारणों से उत्पन हुई हार्मोनल अनियमितता की समस्या से निजात पाने में शरीर को समय लगता है और शरीर की यही प्रकिया आपके पीरियड्स की नियमितता को प्रभावित कर सकती है।
उपाय – शादी के बाद अक्सर हम खुदकी मेंटेनेन्स का ख्याल नही करते पर इस आदत से बचें और हेल्दी फाइड टाइम टेबल से सही मात्रा में ही खाएं जिससे आपका वजन रहे कंट्रोल में।

4. स्ट्रेस
ज्यादा और डिप्रेशन या थकान की वजह से भी मासिक धर्म के नियमित होने पर भी बुरा असर पड़ता है न केवल वो आपके मासिक धर्म के अनियमित होने के लिए जिम्मेदार है बल्कि साथ ही यह वजन बढ़ने जैसी समस्या से भी दो चार होना पड़ सकता है।
 उलाय - तनाव से हरसंभव बचने की कोशिश करें। जितना पॉसिबल हो पॉजिटिव और खुश रहने की कोशिश करें।

5. अल्कोहल का सेवन
अल्कोहल लेने और धुम्रपान से भी मासिक धर्मं अनियमित हो सकते है। दारू पल भर का नशा ही नहीं बल्कि गहराई से शरीर पर लंबे समय के लिए शरीर पर प्रभाव पड़ता है।
उपाय- शादी के पहले या शादी के बाद हमेशा नशे और अन्य मादक पदार्थो से जितना हो सके दूरी बनाये रखें। इसका नुकसान हमारे सामने बड़ी समस्या बनकर खड़ी हो सकती है।

6. अनहेल्दी लाइफस्टाइल
कई अनियमित पीरियड की प्रॉब्लम हमारी अनियमित और असंतुलित जीवनचर्या केई वजह से होती है। शादी के बाद अनियमित और असंतुलित लाइफस्टाइल अपनाने वाली महिलाओं की तादाद ज्यादा है। 
उपाय- कभी भी किसी भी हाल में सही समय पर स्वच्छ और स्वस्थ आहार लें। नियमित वर्कआउट करें। शरीर में मिनरल्स, प्रोटीन, विटामिन, कैल्सियम युक्त पदार्थों का सेवन करें।
कीमोथेरेपी और अन्य कई कारणों से भी अनियमितता हो सकती है एक दो बार की परेशानी को आप चाहे तो अनदेखा कर सकते है लेकिन लगातार परेशानी होने के बाद आप किसी अच्छे विशेषज्ञ से इस बारे में राय लेकर उचित उपचार की व्यवस्था कर लें क्योंकि सही देखरेख और उचित टेस्ट के बाद आप निर्धारित कारणों को जानकर उचित उपचार ले सकते है और आने वाली परेशानियो से बच सकते है।

Energy drinks are marketed so because of the caffeine content. Caffeine is a stimulant and increases your blood pressure, giving you a kick or boost, but for the moment. This is actually a short cut way to perk up energy levels. Also these drinks have many other preservatives and some even have excessive sugar or artificial sweetness added to them.

I'm having type 2 diabetes since ( discovered in 2006 ) when not sure.Ihave been taking metaformin 500 for few years then started twice a day but having between 120-140 sometimes even lower readings also. I'm having hypothyroid .My feet remain swollen &mycaives. & my ankles fell numb ,I feel stretched feelings on my feet. Can you give me some suggestions .

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
