You are 20 kilos more than what you should be. With such an over weight, you will have snoring problem. You can fix up an appointment with bariatric physician (specialist doctor for weight loss) and under go the weight reduction treatment. It will reduce your weight through only fat loss, hence it will help you a lot in reducing the snoring.

My mom age 55 is suffring with bp & diebetic with lavel 250 even after inculin.
Blood sugar levels both fasting and pp should be mentioned. Also hba1c % also should be informed, based on which guidance may be given. Insulin being taken may not be adequate. Patient has to do self monitoring of blood glucose at home and then decide on changes in insulin dosage. Please seek your doctor's advise. Dosage can be increased every alternate day by two units based on dailyfasting glucose level. Dosage to be stabilsed once the target level of fasting blood glucose is achieved.

You can do muscle building exercise.Eat food 5-6 times instead of 4 meals.Do not skip meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.These leads to weight loss.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.No water just before or during meals.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Take extra protein foods in diet.Add healthy fats in cooking.Take nuts,seeds whenever you like.Take proper rest at night.Use nutritional supplement.These are common things but for more details consult me privately on Lybrate.

Hi lybrate-user, it depends your duration of work out how much time you are giving in daily routine. If you are doing heavy exercise and physical activity take high protein. Try to complete your protein with natural sources like milk, curd, paneer, butter milk, dal, sprouts, roasted chana, soybean etc. You can take chicken, egg if you are non veg eater. If it not sufficient with these then you can consult with your gym instructor or dietician.

I need quick help om how to reduce belly fat with supplements adding diet?. please suggest me.
Weight reduction You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your BMI, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. Please note that weight reduction cannot be achieved overnight or over a week/month as many ask. It is an ongoing process of reducing food intake and exercising to burn the calories you consume. There are exercises specific for each part of body like cheek, hips, thighs or abdomen/ buttocks, or chest. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. By cutting 500 calories a day (a total of 3500 per week), and otherwise eating a balanced diet, you may find you lose approximately a pound a week. Continue for 15 minutes and repeat in sets of 3 or 4.
