Hi, you' r over weight by 20 kg, approx. It reveals, you r relactant towards your dietary regulation. However, you hv not mentioned d dimension of gall stone, it's multiple stone or single large stone. You hv two recourses" a successful removal of stone by homoeo medicines which are gentle in use without any side effect. & @" surgery. It all depends upon d dimension of gall stone. You r advised to go for reducing your obesity, soon this will benefit your present problem of gallstone. Take care.

Some times sudden excess of fiber intake can result in to gas which in turn can lead to low grade pain in abdomen. Chew your food properly and eat slowly. Drink more water. Some times infection in the abdomen also presents similarly. You may benefit from antacids and antibiotic/anti amoebic drugs.

Take diet for hypothyroidism:- high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Take Some Relax during work. Take treatment for hypothyroidism :- tab. THYROXINE is used in hypothyroidism. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Do Tests thyroid profile every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor regular on time.

I'm 21 years old and suffering from ulcerative colitis (pancolitis. I've a little cramps like feeling in my stomach and lower abdomen (left side) plus semi solid motions twice or thrice a day. Can this disease be cured permanently and whats the treatment?

First you have to get rid of chronic constipation by using isabgol in early morning. Instead of plain water take butter milk with black pepper powder its best in your case neem guard tab 1 in morning need to clean bowel take enema once in a week your plain & simple diet is your medicine, your disease main cause is faulty diet & constipation best wishes.

Hi I am little bulky. Been trying gym but can not work hard on it and also I walk daily for 45 minutes but bec my metabolism is strong whatever I eat I digest that so can I opt for dieting. Just wana reduce weight as soon as possible as I am 100 kg in weight.

Yes,   Pay close attention to your food choice. ·    Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·    While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·     Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. ·        Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. ·        Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. ·        Drink 3 liters of water in a day. ·        Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. ·        Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. ·        Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. ·        Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

Mix baking soda with water. You might have a heartburn remedy at hand in your kitchen without even knowing it. Baking soda can calm some episodes of heartburn by neutralizing your stomach acid. To do this, dissolve a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink it slowly.

there are several reasons for gastritis and flatuence of stomach junk food eating late night skipping meals skipping breakfast irregular dietary habits eating food rich in fats and carbs improper dietary habits avoiding fruits mental stress tension anxiety overthinking obesity family history genetic factors.......... piles constipation irritable bowel syndrome ameobiasis these are some of the pathological reasons for flatulency.................
