I eat a wide variety of foods and I try to eat healthy as much as I can. But why am I feeling so full so fast? And is there anything I can do to prevent or ease the bloatedness?

Lybrate-user, my suggestion is if you do some yogasanas pertaining to abdomen like pawan muktasana, mandukasana and abdominal exercises plus regular brisk walking for over 1 hour a day, this problem can be overcome. If need be you may take some digestive enzymes. Thanks.

I am suffering for acidity. I have to wake up late for my studies. please suggest me some medicine.
Thanks for the query. If you remain awake at night for long hours, keep on munching something after every two hours to avoid excess acid formation. Also you can take bio combination no 25, two tablets two times a day plus 1 spoon of caprofa syrup before meals for a month. Revert after a month.
