Hello, Irregular periods may because of:- Uncontrolled diabetes Eating disorders Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism Hyperprolactinemia (an abnormally high concentration in the blood of prolactin, a protein hormone) Medications, such as antiepileptics or antipsychotics Perimenopause Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) take pulsatilla 200, 5 drops once daily in the morning for 7 days. Stop pulsatilla 200, as the periods appear. Revert me after 7 days. S

And what are the reasons for...
Menses can be missed either because of hormonal changes or even stress or illness or even if you have put on some weight in recent times then also menses can be missed. All these problems are temporary and menses will come on its own. You can wait for another 15 days before you can take tablet deviry to get menses.

You will not attend menopause till you cross 40 years of age and I will suggest you to follow up with reports.

Hi, I am having 4 month boy baby. I am unable to give breast milk to him. He is fully depend upon bottle milk. From 3rd month I started to use cows milk. There no diarrhea. Now my question is that cows milk is good for baby? Any side effects will affect in future?

Cow milk is good for baby. No side effects are yet detected there. You can try Shatavari tab 2 three times with milk, to raise your breast milk volume.

No relation of diet n PCOS, PCOS is related with Hypopituitary Ovarian Axis and insulin etc. If you avoid fast food, junk food and have fully organic vegetables n grain it's better.

We generally give you supplements if pregnancy is not complicated. iron tablets should be taken at this time of pregnancy as it's difficult to get it from food.
