Normal cycle length varies from 21 days to 35 days so few days here and there if fine but see a gynaecologists to rule out other causes.

Weight is like a bank balance and if you want to be less then spend more than you eat. You should spend 500 calories everyday to reduce weight by 2 kg each month.

Yes there is risk of transmission of hiv with unprotected intercourse if any of the partners is infected.
