Hi To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. 2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. Last but not the least checks your thyroid profile as it may be the reason of hair fall. If you want to know more or any medical treatment for hair fall, contact me again.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Use tea tree face wash and toner. then moinsturize with non oil based moisturizer like Aloe Vera etc.

Weakness and fatigue

If you have generalized weakness and fatigue along with other symptoms, evaluate those symptoms. Home treatment for your other symptoms usually will improve your weakness and fatigue. Mild generalized weakness and fatigue that occur with a viral illness usually improve with the following home treatment measures.

Get extra rest while you are ill. Let your symptoms be your guide.
If you have a cold, you may be able to stick to your usual routine and just get some extra sleep.
If you have the flu, you may need to spend a few days in bed.
Return to your usual activities slowly to avoid prolonging the fatigue.
Be sure to drink extra fluids to avoid dehydration.
If generalized weakness and fatigue are not related to another illness, follow the guidelines in the prevention section and be patient. It may take a while for you to feel energetic again.

Listen to your body. Alternate rest with exercise. Gradually increasing your exercise may help decrease your fatigue.
Limit medicines that might contribute to fatigue. Tranquilizers and cold and allergy medicines often cause fatigue.
Improve your diet. Eating a balanced diet may increase your energy level. Do not skip meals, especially breakfast.
Reduce your use of alcohol or other drugs, such as caffeine or nicotine, which may contribute to fatigue.
Cut back on watching television. Spend that time with friends, try new activities, or travel to break the fatigue cycle.
Get a good night's sleep. This may be the first step toward controlling fatigue.
Eliminate all sound and light disturbances.
Do not eat just before you go to bed.
Use your bed only for sleeping. Do not read or watch tv in bed.
Get regular exercise but not within 3 to 4 hours of your bedtime.

Symptoms to watch for during home treatment
Call your doctor if any of the following occur during home treatment:

New symptoms develop along with the weakness and fatigue.
Symptoms last longer than 2 weeks.
Symptoms become more severe or more frequent.

My dad is suffering frm type-2 diabetis mellitus since 20 years.He is prescribing medicines DIABETROL-3P & JALRA50 MG but diabetis is ranging about 250-270 .Can it be cntrolled by medicines rather than insulin?

No it ill not benefit to you. Hony and arm ater harm your body so don't take it. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

DEAR Lybrate USER. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) avoid late night sleeping habits, 5) avoid coffee and tea, A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals, B) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hair. Leave it for 30-45 minutes After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week, do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective AVOID USE OF ANY HAIR OIL OR SOAP for 30 days THANKS.

Go for scaling and polishing. Brush twice daily with use of mouthwash. Also clean your tongue. Forcefully gargle with water after you eat or drink anything. Limit your intake of food to 4-5 times a day. Avoid garlic onion and spicy food at night.

. Socialise more, make more friends, keep yourself away from stress, do some charity work, it gives lot of satisfaction. Initially you can start with some ayurvedic medicines which will keep you calm and they are non habit forming. You csn start with one spoon of bramhi with ashwagandha powder in milk at night.

Take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. These are also helps in height increase. After 20, process of increasing height becomes slow. However healthy diets will help you. Do exercise & yoga. Esp. Tadashana, suryanamaskar, chakrasahana. In medicine you can use ashvagandha & akkalkaro.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Normally height not increases in 26 yrs. If you want to grow height much that time you can take hormonal treatment for that. These hormonal pills or capsule also have side effects. What you want that is up to you.
