Got tiny blisters or scores at opening of penis. Searching on net got few images same as my problem. It termed as genital herpes. Kindly suggest a remedy. Any medicine or ointment. Only following diet plan may not be that effective, you need herbal supplements also, if like inform. See diet plan. Diet Plan Early Morning (6-7 Am): You can have any of the following items to start your day. A glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice, or Grape juice may add Honey one tea spoon. A cup of black or green tea without sugar but may add Gud-Jagery with or without skims milk, and 2 biscuits. Breakfast (8-9 am): One Oats-Yav or Jav or Ragi Roti or chapatti + ½ cup of water soaked whole Moog with garlic and Ardrak. Or one plate of Ragi upma and a cup of Tomato soup or Carrot juice, or Anar or Pine apple or Beet root. Lunch (1-2 pm): Brown Rice (200 grams) + ½ cup mixed vegetables + one small bowl of Raitha or Butter milk + vegetable salad Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Beet root, Khira etc. Instead of Brown Rice one may have two Rotis of Yav-Jav-Oats Aata or wheat Aata + Isabgole 10 gm mixed Roti Evening (4-5 pm): Butter Milk 1 glass or Coconut water or Grapes 20-30, or other seasonal fruits or Murmura, Dinner (8-9 pm): 2 - Chapattis or Rotis + 1 bowl of Vegetable Soup + 1 bowl of salad-Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Radish, Khira etc. OR one bowel of brown rice (200 gm).

Usually diabetic person suffers from constipation at this age. My advise is use only ayurvedic drugs to avoid any side effects. Go for a walk in the morning regularly. You can also do some specific yoga exercises. Take more and more fibrous and liquid diet.

Yes sure lasik is possible for you but that depends on what is power of your glasses. Doctors will do few tests n if those r ok then you can safely go for lasik surgery.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

Dear Lybrate user, Urine pregnancy test is very user friendly. Take urine pregnancy strip, Take in hygienic glass bottle sample of urine (If collected 1st urine in morning is more prefers, Put drops of Urine on marked space of upt strip wait for few minutes. If 2 line present means its positive if single line it means negative test, if 2nd like is poor is suspected case need to do further time test after few days.

Do contrast bath fr legs n ankle alt hot n cold immersion in water bucket fr 15 mins. Strt wth hot nd end with hot. Nd take more of raw fruits nd vegetables. Milk paneer regularly.
