Hello. Carry on with back exercises. Maintain right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise.

You should take belladona 200 thrice a day first only one day three drops in water. Apply belladona q on your legs at night and see the inprovement.

I am 24years old. I used to work out in a gym daily. But one night after working for 1-2 hours on my office laptop, I laid down on my bed and felt a lot of pain in my lower back(just above hips). From then, it has been 4-5 months, the frequency of pain is increasing. Due to which I am not going to gym also.

What to do to correct it?
Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

With so much travelling by motor cylce you r bound to get back pain I advice you to take rest for a week and do ice fomentation and start doing some back sternghening exercises.

Off and on I have severe pain in the hip joint. Can you advise me how to get rid of it ? As it is for the past 6 years, I go on a walk for about 40 minutes. I am aged 68 years and am retired.

Definitely exercise can help you. Pls do spinal flexion and extension exercises. That may help you to live without problems.

Mere hand or leg fingers me bhut jada pain hai or swelling hai itna ki spoon bhi nahi uthai jati chala bhi nhi jata. Kuch kaam bhi nhi ho rha hai bhut pain hai. Stomach me bhi pain rehta hai aaj kal. What a do doctor pls advice to me.

My mom is 56 years n she has knee joint problem from last 5 years. Consulted various orthopedic surgeon. The gap is reduced in the knee joint is what everyone says. She is having too much pain. If the arthritis is worse then knee replacement will be the last option. See an ortho surgeon in your town and he will be able to discuss the pros and cons of surgery.

Hi, I had wrist pain and recently diagnosed. Doctor has taken number of lab tests and found Serum uric acid is 7.5 and ASO titre 400. RA factor negative. Can any one tell me what is ASO and does it need to be further diagnosed? Right now zyloric, zerodol and ultracet medications has been given.

ASO stands for Anti Streptolysin O titer. It is the Antibody to streptococcal infection which causes rheumatic fever.
