Smell from the mouth may be due to conditions present in the mouth and from stomach. Conditions in the mouth are poor oral hygiene i. E presence of plaque and tartar, poor salivary flow, or may be due to some gum infections. Problems from stomach may be due gastritis. Dehydration is also a common cause. Drinking adequate water may also relieve this. Kindly consult your dentist for further clarifications and wish a confident smile.

Such things take their specific time to heal, with time you'll be alright. For now,- take healthy liquid diet.(preferably) avoid spicy foods. Chew gently, with the uninvolved side. You may apply some analgesic gels avoid touching it repeatedly.

A number of cosmetic fillers are available nowadays which give very good results. You can easily go for them. However if the gaps are too large veneers might also be used to give aesthetic results.

You have two options. The gaping can be filled with cement. If the gap is more you need to get new bridge. Second option is the best.

I am suffering from mouth ulcer .this issue happening every month. Please suggest me.

I am suffering from mouth ulcer .this issue happening every month. Please suggest me.
Mouth ulcers are aggravating at best and may be extremely painful. Also called canker sores or aphthous ulcers, mouth ulcers can be triggered by various factors, including stress, illness, or simply biting your cheek. Rinse your mouth with a saltwater solution. Mix a teaspoon or two of salt with a warm glass of water and let it dissolve. Swish the solution in your mouth from side to side, then spit it into the sink. Don’t swallow the salt solution. Repeat this a few times a day, generally after meals and before you go to bed. Apply some honey to the ulcer. Dab a small amount of pure honey onto the ulcer. This may help ease pain and reduce inflammation. Dry the area with a clean cotton swab first, then use a fresh swab to apply the honey. Look for Manuka honey, as it has the most potent antibacterial qualities. If you can’t find it, though, any kind of honey will help fight bacteria. Suck on ice chips. Stay away from acidic and spicy foods. Try vitamin supplements. Vitamins B and C may help to heal mouth ulcers For medication consult online in private.
