Yes Manisha you are right..so take healthy diet like high fibre diet which remove toxic agent from your body..drink plenty of water..maximum intake of fruit juices and green tea..include green vegetables and citrus fruit in your diet..take good sound sleep..avoid fatty refined food..always try to be happy...

Ashish u are only 24 year nd have tried all home remedics..you can use suppliments but with healthy diet...you can take chitrakadi bati tablet after meal for good digestion.you should improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body so walk regularly..take high protein diet..you can also take any protein powder twice a day..

Dumbbell & any weight lifting helps you in increasing muscle mass & size.It do not cause any problem but avoid heavy weight & long time exercises.

For Stamina increase when running and all. Could you please suggest type of food and exercises need to be taken?

Hello. You can increase your stamina by increasing intake of healthy food (food having anti-oxidants like green vegetables, nuts, salads, fruits, fish, green tea; food rich in calcium like milk & milk products; flaxseeds, poppyseeds), avoid alcohol & smoking, drink lots of water (10-12 glasses per day), take sufficient sleep (6-9hrs per day), avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension and exercise daily for 30-45 minutes (brisk walk is the best exercise to increase the circulation of the whole body). Medication: Take Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos./ thrice a day daily for 4 weeks.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert. ***********not to take those medicines without any doctor's advise!*********

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. I assure you that you definitely gain weight & height fastly by following them. Be healthy you can consult me privately for your doubts and more detailed treatment.

Do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. No drink before meals. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean sattu with milk, eggs, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast.

Exercise is the only thing which can make you fit and healthy. Height increases till 18 to 19 years of age. Heredity factor plays an important role. You can do stretching, cycling, running, swimming, hanging, yoga, skipping etc. Eat food containing proteins. It will help in muscle building. Take milk and milk products, dry fruits, fruits etc. It contains calcium which is good for bones.
