?Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Advised usg take a diet wich is rich in calcium nd proteins. Take tonned milk in morning, green vegetables, pulses, black chana, more salad. Avoid oily food and less carbohydrates. Do jogging (or fast walking) for atleast 1 hr daily. For medicine take an appointment I want complete case.

Dear Lybrateuser, -You should try to reduce your weight by diet & execise -if the pain happens repeatedly after climbing stairs then it may be angina, so reduce or avoid climbing & see if there is relief -also to rule out heart problem get tread mill test & echo test done, consult a doctor.

Choose a date within next two weeks, so that you have enough time to prepare without losing your motivation to quit t- tell your family, friends and co-workers that you want to quit so that they can give support and encouragement a-anticipate and plan for the challenge you will face while quitting like crave for cigarettes and nicotine withdrawal symptoms r- remove cigarettes, lighter, ash tray, matches etc from home, car or work place t- talk to your doctor about getting help to quit and to deal with nicotine withdrawal symptoms 2. Distract yourself to keep your mind off smoking like concentrate on some work, watching tv, playing games, reading books/magazines, listen to music, cross word puzzle or playing online games etc 3. Remind yourself why you want to quit. Focus on your reasons for quitting like health benefits, improved appearance, financial effect and enhancement of self esteem 4. Get out of tempting situations like someone smoking close by 5. Reward yourself- reinforce your victories whenever you triumph over a craving. Give yourself a reward to keep yourself motivated 6. Hello you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. (go gym) cycling, dancing, swimming, skipping are the good exercise. Diet control and exercise are equally important. Timely and balanced diet is as important. Take 1glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Menopause automatically brings about a dip in testosterone and estrogen levels in a woman’s body. It leads to certain changes in the body and also reduces libido. A drop in libido means that sexual arousal becomes a cause of concern. This can bring in certain problems in your sexual/conjugal life. Lower estrogen levels reduce supply of blood to the vagina, thus resulting in lubrication problems. A dry vagina during sexual intercourse can lead you to experience pain during sex.

There are some other factors that can affect a woman’s libido after menopause:
1. Problems in sleep
2. Anxiety and depression
3. Problems of the bladder
4. Certain medications
5. High stress levels

To remedy lubrication problems, use water soluble lubricants to lubricate your vagina. Avoid using non-water soluble products such as petroleum jelly as it can weaken the latex. Non water soluble lubricants are also known to aggravate bacterial vaginosis. You may also use vaginal moisturizers to address the issue. There are oral medications that are available, which cause the tissues of the vagina to thicken, thus causing less pain during sex.

Improving your libido
You can opt for estrogen therapy to reduce pain during sex as this therapy helps in vaginal lubrication. The main objective of estrogen therapy (Hormone Replacement Therapy) is to ease the discomforts associated with a deficiency of estrogen secretion in the body. You should consult a professional who will be able to guide and counsel you.

Certain other measures to rev up your libido have been listed below:

  1. Indulge in foreplay: Try and include activities such as oral sex and erotic massages in your agenda. Experimentation with foreplay can help spice things up between you and your partner.

Hello, there are few facial exercises which can help you in toning up the facial muscles: -not only can chewing gum calm your nerves and freshen your breath, but it can also help you lose weight from your cheeks. -profoundly pronounce" x-o" at least fifteen times. Take a break and repeat the exercise three times. -open your mouth round and wide and hold this pose for a few seconds. Then, relax your jaw and repeat this motion nine more times, for a series of ten repetitions. -lift up your cheeks toward your eyes as high as you can. Use the corners of your mouth to help lift your cheeks. You should feel like you're trying to form a strained, awkward smile. -draw in your cheeks until you're making fish lips by puckering out your top and bottom lip. -close your mouth and fill your cheeks and mouth with air. Then, move the air from one cheek to the other as slowly as you can. Move the air from one cheek to the other at least ten times, and take the time to fill your cheeks with air again if necessary. Repeat this exercise three times daily. -smiling also exercises your facial muscles. You can just smile on your own, holding each smile for ten seconds and repeating this action ten times. After completing a series of facial exercises, gently rub your fingers over your cheeks and jaw in a circular motion. This will help relieve tension and soreness after exercising.
