My mother is always having a sense of tingeling in her right and left hand. Mostly in right hand wrist. I suspect it to be blood issue. Maybe the blood is not reaching correctly. Like when we sleep in certain position and blood does not pass through for longer period, this trigger a tingeling in hand. So, I would like to know what can be a permanent solution for this issue? She is suffering for 2 weeks now. Also, her wrist has swollen because of this. Thanks for your understanding and consultation

1. Get x ray done for Cervical spine. 2. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 3. Learn exercises from Physiotherapist. 4. Drink plenty of water. 5. Don't lift heavy things. 6. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 7. Apply volini cream before sleeping 8. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

Hello, please go for a mri, it seems that you have injured some prestigious soft tissue of your knee joint that could be ligaments or meniscus. And if you keep ignoring them, it could result in to osteoarthritis regards.

Hi, I am 24 years old male. The thumb of my right hand becomes stiff whenever I attempt to write and type on my mobile. It becomes very stiff and I am unable to write and type. Is there any exercise that can help in curing this. Please suggest.

While I wake up in morning, I feel severe pain in my back, if I am sleeping on side posture, I feel pain in chest in morning when I wake up, this pain disappears after a while when I wake up, my general physician asked me to get test for vitamin b12, but my b12 level came normal, can it be the problem of nerves or calcium or something else?

My back is paining since last 2 weeks earlier I got catch in back in year 2013 after some treatments it got recovered but not fully after some days it is started paining again. So 1 Dr. Suggested me for MRI in MRI found some abnormalities. Now I can not in some positions some Dr. Said this is slip disk some are say bulge issues some suggested only for stretching exercise but still pain is there after all such practices.

Mr. lybrate-user If you have got your MRI done and if it is diagnosed that you are having disc bulge then stertching exercises alone will not work, along with stretching exercises you will have to learn the core strengthening exercises & if possible then I would suggest you to go to a physiotherapist who has specialization in manual therapy as manual therapy will help in stretching your muscles which have gone into shortening position, will help in decompression of your disc that is causing you pain and stregthening of your spine supporting muscles which is the main thing so that you do not have this kind of replase again and again. Exercises that you will learn you will have to do everyday.
