For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

Rinse hair with lukewarm water. Never use very hot or cold water to wash hair. It makes them brittle. • Condition hair daily. Ensure that you use a conditioner at all times after shampooing your hair. Conditioner helps soften and detangle hair.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night. 9.Don’t sleep in day time 10.Don’t take sleeping pill 11. If no relief consult doctor

Hi am 12 weeks pregnant and recently got my reports for thyroid. The TSH shows 5.850 value which I think is quite high during pregnancy. I think thats the reason I have been losing weight. My weight was 50 kgs n now m just 46.1 kg. My height being 5.7" M really worried about my health n d baby as well. Does thyroid harm the baby? And d medicines? Take the white of one egg and mix in a teaspoon of olive oil. Beat to give a paste-like consistency and apply to the entire scalp and hair. To reduce ldl level in body: * avoid butter, ghee & cream in your diet. * eat five leaves of kari patta and five leaves of neem once in a day. * avoid non veg food because it contain high fat content. * do not eat fast food and avoid cold drink. * do running and jogging daily for 15 minutes. Start with 5 minutes then increase time period slowly. Do morning and evening walk daily. * do not drink alcohol it harmful to your liver and disturb your metabolism causes increase in cholesterol. * add kali mirch (black pepper) in your breakfast. * drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily. * take sound sleep in night of 6 to 7 hrs. Cigarette Smoking -  How it Affects Your Teeth

‘Smoking is injurious to health’, is a caption that is flashed on all cigarette packets. However, what is not told about is their adverse effects on the mouth.  The mouth with the lips, teeth, and gums are not just the first points of contact for a cigarette but also one of the majorly affected parts.

Listed below are how smoking affects the teeth and the mouth at large.

  1. Bad breath (halitosis)

  2. Tooth discoloration (brown to black spotting)

  3. Tobacco deposits on the teeth leading to irritation of the gums

  4. Increased formation of plaque and tartar on the teeth, leading to significant gum disease

  5. Gum disease leads to tooth loss

  6. Increased jaw bone loss

  7. Lower success rate of dental implant procedures

  8. Delayed healing after any oral procedure including extraction, periodontal treatment, or oral surgery

  9. Increased risk of leukoplakia, white patches inside the mouth, which is a precursor to oral cancer

  10. Increased risk of developing oral cancer

  11. Reduces blood flow to the gums, thereby affecting healing

The tiny tobacco deposits sit on the tooth surface and with time, produce brownish stains. These are a constant source of irritation for the gums, causing gum disease. Unlike the regular plaque caused by food, this is much harder and more abrasive on the gums. This leads to damage of the periodontal tissue, which are connecting fibers between the teeth and the gums.  This leads to gradual tooth mobility and eventually loss.

Correlation:  If you are a smoker,

  1. You are at risk for gum disease twice compared to a nonsmoker.

  2. More cigarettes you smoke, greater the risk for gum disease.

  3. More number of years you smoke, greater the risk for gum disease.

  4. Poor response to regular treatment for gum disease.

Management:  The gum disease can eventually lead to tooth loss.  Therefore, the gums need to be protected at all cost to maintain oral health.  Some things to do are listed below, starting from the seemingly innocuous to the severe infections.

  1. Regular cleanings at your dentist's office once in 6 months

  2. Daily brushing and flossing to manage early gum disease

  3. Deep cleaning below the gum line and prescription mouth rinses if there is already existing gum inflammation

  4. Surgery to remove deeply seated plaque and tartar.

  5. Surgery with bone graft to replace the bone lost to periodontitis.

  6. Most important of all, quitting smoking.  This will produce remarkable benefits when the above are followed.

However, if the above are done with continued smoking, the effects will not last long.

Cigarette smoking is one habit, which has way too many effects on way too many working’s of the body and therefore kicking the habit is the best way to manage, not just your teeth, but your overall health.

Hello there are many causes for redness of eyes mainly allergy, infection, inflammation and dry eyes etc. 1. Redness + itching: allergy 2. Redness + pain + watering + decreased vision: infection 3. Redness + pain: inflammation 4. Redness foreign body sensation: dryness if there is only redness then it is normal as slight exposure to dust, temperature or air or eyes may be red in morning. Stress may also cause redness. I usually do not treat when there is only redness, you can 1. Blink a lot 2. Wash eyes with fresh water 3. Cold compresses 4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel these measures will help to keep your eyes healthy but it will not have any effect on redness (treating general redness alone is not necessary also) having said that you should consult local ophthalmologist for proper examination and treatment.

7 Hair Fall Treatment That Really work


1. Coconut

This ingredient has several benefits for your hair. Not only does it promote hair growth, but also conditions it. It has essential fats, minerals and proteins which reduce hair breakage and is also rich in potassium and iron. You can use coconut oil or milk to prevent hair fall.

Steps:

Warm a bit of coconut oil and massage it from your hair root to tip.
Wash after one hour.
Or, grate a coconut and squeeze out its milk by mixing in a little water.
Apply it on the area where you notice thinning or balding.
Let it stay overnight and wash off the next morning.

2. Onion juice

Onion is a rich source of sulphur which helps in hair growth by increasing collagen production. Using its juice on the scalp can help in controlling hair fall.

Steps:
Chop one onion finely and squeeze out its juice.
Apply the juice on your scalp and let it stay for 15 minutes.
Now rinse with a mild shampoo and let your hair air dry.
Use this twice a week to see results.

3. Garlic

Like onion, garlic too has high sulphur content. This is the reason why it is used in traditional hair regrowth medicines. You’d be surprised to know these beauty benefits of garlic.

Steps:

Crush a few cloves of garlic.
Add coconut oil to it and boil the mixture for a few minutes.
Let it cool down a bit and then massage it on your scalp.
You can leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash your hair.
Do this two times in a week.

4. Henna

It is mostly used as a natural hair colour or conditioner but henna has properties that can strengthen your hair from the root. If you combine it with other ingredients, it makes for a better hair pack.

Steps:

Take 250 ml of mustard oil in a tin can and add 60g of washed and dried henna leaves.
Now boil the mixture the leaves burn and then filter the oil.
Massage your scalp with it on a regular basis and store the rest in an airtight bottle.
You can make another henna pack by mixing dry henna powder with curd.
Apply it on scalp and hair and wash off after one hour.

5. Hibiscus

Also called shoe flower, hibiscus nourishes hair, prevents premature greying, treats dandruff and also controls hair fall.

Steps:

Crush a few flowers and mix sesame or coconut oil to make a paste.
Apply on the scalp and hair and leave it on for a few hours.
Rinse off with cold water using a mild shampoo.


6. Amla or Indian gooseberry

For people suffering from hair fall, amla or the Indian gooseberry is a blessing. It is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants that can reverse hair loss if it is in its initial stage.

Steps:

Use either amla juice or powder and mix it with lemon juice.
Apply it on the scalp and leave it to dry.
Rinse hair using lukewarm water.

7. Egg

Egg has several ingredients that can prevent or control hair fall. It is a rich source of sulphur and ahs phosphorous, selenium, iodine, zinc and protein. All these promote hair growth.

Steps:

Take the white of one egg and mix in a teaspoon of olive oil.
Beat to give a paste-like consistency and apply to the entire scalp and hair.
Keep it on for about 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with cool water and a mild shampoo.

Dear, causes of legs pain are: * due to muscular pain of leg muscles * due to excessive running or walking, long standing work * weakness or lack of nutrition in body * dehydration * due to varicose veins * due to diabetes to get relief from legs pain: * take your meal properly.
