Yes malaria and dengue may happen at same time but can be confirmed by help of blood test. Please continue with your medication dengue is a self limiting infection in most cases so does not need any special treatment. Just drink plenty of water and stay hydrated and take fever medication when needed.

Hi, you just need to keep yourself busy away from porn and such triggers. Exercise daily for 30 minutes. Use laptop in public. Masturbating will not cause any harm until you are obsessed with it and no you are not suffering from any disease.

Did chinese dish momos then is it harmful for a gym person whether it is male or female.

Did chinese dish momos then is it harmful for a gym person whether it is male or female.
The overall calorie count is not too bad – 35 calories per momo – as long as you don’t go wild with your quantities, and if you don’t have any heavy side dishes in the meal. Usually we just have a salad or brussels sprouts with our momos. But the truth is that we regularly eat about 10 momos at a sitting. You get full quite a while before that, but there’re just so dang good that it’s hard to stop. Some people eat a lot more than that. It isn’t unheard of to eat 20 or more, and of course some perhaps more civilized or restrained people eat less ;-) But for us, a standard serving is about 10 momos. Also, you need to take into account any pickles or hot sauce (sepen) or soy sauce you eat with your momos, and this had some surprising and disturbing values. The carbs and fat are okay for the amount of dipping sauce you would have for a meal of momos, but we were shocked to see that the sodium count was sky high! There’s the same amount of sodium in just a bit of dipping sauce as for 10 momos! We may have to rethink the Patak’s and soy sauce, though we love them so much! Or only eat the hot sauce we make ourselves, which will be MUCH lower in sodium.

What r the whole grain food. Is brown rice whole grain. Is this good for consume in break fast for weight loss?

What r the whole grain food. Is brown rice whole grain. Is this good for consume in break fast for weight loss?
Rice growing in fields and paddies has three edible parts – the bran, the germ, and the endosperm – just like all other whole grains. Most of us think of “brown rice” as being synonymous with whole grain rice, but in fact whole grain rice can be many different colors, depending on the variety of rice. Avoid eating rice at breakfast. If you want to loose weight then start having fibre in you breakfast, eat fruits, drink plenty of water. Rest for a proper balanced diet chart, you can contact us or provide your details too.
