Hello at present your bmi = 26.87, you need to reduce your weight to 83 kg. Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietician) along with exercises like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching 5 days a week for at-least 25-30 mins. Include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of flaxseed powder in the morning and go for walk. Don’t skip breakfast. Thank you.

I am 18 years old and suffering fever for last 3 days temperature shown 102 to 103 degree f. Make blood report yesterday and shown WIDAL REACTION: Negative, DENGUE ANTIGEN TEST (NSI) Reactive and Platelet count 1, 70, 000 /cu. Mm. Local doctor suggested Moxinow 1 tab BDPC X 5 days, Teczine 5m 1 tab at bed time x 5 days and 6 days onward 1 tab Caripill TDPC X 5 days. Need your valuable suggestion at an early.

I am not able to drink more than 2 glass of water a day. I am totally depressed due to my life experiences. I have dark circles under eyes, not able to sleep properly, also suffers hair loss problem from long time, I have thyroid problem from years. lybrate-user, If you have hypothyroidism and on treatment for it, then your TSH level should be between 3 to 4 mU/L, to be free from all the symptoms of that condition. Hypothyroidism also causes depressive tendency and anxiety episodes. Most important is to achieve a very good control of TSH level as mentioned above. You have not mentioned anything of thyroid test results (most recent or present). It is necessary to know whether current thyroxine dosage is adequate at all. Plus you will have to have a healthy diet and exercise daily for 1 hour. That will make you feel better. Thanks.

From 3 dpo feeling light cramps lower abdomen ,lower back pain and from night of 6dpo light cramp or some time little more pain on lower abdomen, lower left side abdomen and back but it also goes till whole left leg this pain also come and go, why this is happening, is these happening like that or something else means implantation related, please help me and can I take Thyronorm 125 mcg at 7 am and sleep again then have food after 1to 1: 30 hours later is their any problem with this or I can take, and can my thyroid comes in normal level, because I sleep very late. I was taking 125 mcg tablet, ans susten 200 for 10 days, and light pain on nipples some time more pain on nipples, why this pain happening, some tiredness also. And urine come every half or one hour. gas also please help me.

Lybrate-user, I understand that you are having pain in lower abdomen, lower back and probably cramps. I did not understand the word" dpo" certain short forms are unclear, better to write in full words. You are thyroxine 125 mcg a day. But you have not mentioned about current or latest tsh levels. Many a times if hypothyroidism is not under control (tsh between 3 to 4 mu/l), various symptoms can keep occurring. Apart from taking prescribed medicine you have to also exercise for 1 hour a day and follow dietary restrictions. It will be better if all the information is given, and you come in a private conversation, then I will be able to guide. Thanks.

I am 14 years I want to become stylist but my hairs are not moving straight (spike) what to do.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hello, kindly tell me what kind of stomach disorder you have like pain/gas/ acidity etc. I am giving you general tips for proper digestion: 1. Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 3. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5. Avoid excessive tea, coffee 6. Do not postpone breakfast.

Ways to Overcome Sexual Repression

It might seem difficult to overcome feelings of it but there are in fact various ways you can deal with it. It is often observed that an individual feels ashamed or guilty about their urges. 

In most cases, sexual repression stems from certain social and cultural norms. It affects both the sexes and generally sets off from an early age. Following are the ways to overcome sexual repression:

1. Teach yourself various sexual values - Whenever thoughts of sexual repression cloud your mind and lowers your sexual urges, try getting rid of these thoughts gradually. Replace your depressing thoughts with thoughts about sex being a natural activity. Teach yourself to look at sex differently and stop trying to convince yourself otherwise.

2. Avoid taking negative opinions regarding sex from other people - You might long for a company when you are miserable and sexually repressed. Talking to people who are sexually repressed themselves will do little good as they might impose their own feeling on you. It's best not to take their advice or argue with them. Instead, you can form your own sexual values and strengthen them over time.

3. Be more vocal about sex - This conversation is not the one where you make sexual jokes or is otherwise completely irrelevant and of little use. Pour it and try conveying your feelings to people who are close and empathetic towards you. Interact with your partner and ask about their opinion on sexual repression and healthy sexual ideas.

4. Expose yourself to the sexual values of different culture - According to studies, Holland and Austria are among the most sexually liberal countries. Italy is also considered moderately liberal about its sexual values. You can try knowing about the various countries like Japan which is among the sexually repressed nations. Learning about various ways and forms of sexual repression will broaden our outlook and make you look at sex differently altogether. In a way, it can help you deal with your own sexual repression.

Hello. Gaining weight has everything to do with your intestines. Make sure your intestines are well cleaned and detoxified. For the detoxification of your stomach consume luke warm water in the morning right after you wake up in sukhasaan position (chaukdi. Everyday. Another best thing you can do is sitting in" prithvi mudra" everyday for about 20 minutes (touch the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight). This yoga mudra will help you obtain the desired weight and shape of your body. Make sure you are consuming a heavy breakfast everyday. Besides try not to eat anything heavy after sunset. And lastly consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee each day along with your food /milk/other eatables. Thanks.
