Hello lybrate-user, Maintaining a good oral hygiene is key to oral health. Only brushing does not help in it. You need to floss your teeth (areas between the teeth) and also keep the tongue clean. Along with it, consult a dentist every 6 months for regular checkup and scaling/cleaning and polishing of the teeth. This will help in getting rid of the problem effectively. Thank you.

I need to know is it the problem of internal organ like kidney and liver disease or it may be a kind of cancer. I do not drink and smoke. And I need an permanent solution.

Dear Lybrate user, if your RCT treated tooth is painless you need not again RCT. Your RCT is safe. You need only GIC Restoration in your RCT treated tooth. If you can, you should take caping of your RCT treated tooth.
