You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

YOu need not pull hard and just wash and smegma is not as hard ad you say !!! Apply T Bact ointment on the cuts

Sleep is a normal problem but alcohol is a big problem. Choosing alcohol it is not good option. It is not permanent solution. Sleep comes automatically. It is not coming on conditional. I think you suffer day time so many things. Better to come from your day time stress situations. Before sleep read good book, bathing, walk some more time, drink hot milk, watch t v, do some computer work. Meditate some time. Relax with good music, call and discuss with friends. Relaxation talk with your family members. Better to do hard work day time. Sexual talk with your wife you will get more relief. Give high priority for permanent things. It is better to take the help of psychologist. Otherwise modify yourself. Do not take medicine and alcohol. It is always gives negetive result. Ok better to take some of steps what I suggest to you. Hi, in summer season the body heat increases internally. There is bacterial growth in food, at homemade or outside food if left for even for 1hour or more than this. So it is advised to avoid eating outside food and at home food should not be left open and it must be refrigerated immediately after eating. Drink boiled water or water from purifier. Don't drink outside water. Mineral water will do. Avoid outside fruit juices. Drink coconut water once a day. Drink plenty of water.(3-4 liters/day) take nat mur 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day eat salads and fruits.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. You must have x rays of your feet done. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Sexual Response cycle:


Men and woman, with some sexually arousing stimulus, proceed through orgasm and end with a return of the body to a sexually unstimulated state. This is described in four stages: Excitement, Plateau, Orgasm, and Resolution. There are no sharply defined moments when one stage ends and the next begins. Each phase merges with the next phase.

Excitement

Men: Erection of penis, marked increase in its size, and a rise in its angle. Erection may be triggered by penis itself or by sexually stimulating sight, smell or thought. It occurs in 3 to 8 seconds.

A small penis may double in length while in a large penis lengthening is less marked.

Partial elevation and increase in the size of testes.

Men and Women: Muscle tension rises. Heart rate increases. Blood pressure rises.

Plateau

Men: Full erection of the penis. The increase in size and full elevation of testes. Little secretion from Cowper's glands appears at the Urethral meatus.

Orgasm

If effective sexual stimulation continues in the Plateau phase, a point may be reached where the body suddenly discharges its accumulated sexual tension in a peak of sexual arousal called 'Orgasm'. It is also called as 'climax' or 'coming'. Orgasm is the shortest phase of sexual response usually lasting for only a few seconds during which rhythmic muscular contractions produce intense pleasurable sensation followed by rapid relaxation. Orgasm occurs in both the sexes.

Men:

Orgasm occurs in two distinct stages. In the first stage the Vas deferens, the prostate and Seminal vesicles begin a series of contractions that forces semen into the bulb of the urethra. The man experiences a sensation of 'Ejaculatory inevitability-the feeling of having reached brink of control. At this point ejaculation cannot be stopped. In the second stage of orgasm contraction of urethra and penis combined with contraction in the prostate to cause ejaculation (spurting of semen out of tip of penis). During ejaculation the neck of the urinary bladder is tightly shut to avoid any mixture of semen and urine. The rhythmic contractions of prostate, the perineal muscles and the penis occur initially at 0.8 seconds intervals.

Male orgasm and ejaculation are not one and the same process. Although the two occur simultaneously, orgasm refers to muscular contraction and release of sexual tension, while ejaculation refers to the release of semen. Orgasm without ejaculation is common in the boy before puberty.

Men and women: High myotonia. The whole body may become rigid for some time. Grimace or frown may be seen. Breathing up to 40 per minute. Heartbeat up to 110-180 p.m. blood pressure is raised. Anal sphincter contracts.

Resolution

Men: Man is not able to have multiple orgasms. Immediately after the ejaculation man enters a 'refractory period' during which further orgasm or ejaculation is impossible. Usually the erection subsides quickly. There is great variability in the duration of refractory period. It may last from few minutes to many hours. This period gets longer with each repeated ejaculation. As the man gets older, the refractory period gets longer. The period of return to the unaroused state is called the 'resolution phase'. The anatomical and physiological changes that occurred during excitement and the plateau phase reverse.

Blood is pumped out of the penis and therefore loss of erection. The testes decrease in size and descend into scrotum.

Men and Women: Mutual orgasm of both is not possible. It is better to allow woman to have orgasm prior to man's by manual stimulation of clitoris, or 'woman in top' position. There is no distinction among sexual responses by masturbation, by sexual intercourse or by artificial coitus.

Orgasm is always clitoral in origin. The vaginal orgasm is a myth. Women are capable of responding to the point of orgasm as quickly as males by clitoral stimulation (but not through intercourse).

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee and cola in late evening and after. 8 hours sleep is ok . 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing. take rtest and balanced diet.

Can't Sleep - 5 Tips to Help You Sleep Like a Log

Lack of sleep can make you feel tired, worn-out and less productive the next day. However, it might not be your fault entirely because the brain tends to become active when the body is at rest, which could be a reason why you aren’t getting enough sleep at night.

Here are a few tips which might be useful for you to sleep at night:

  1. Keep your room dark: Even the faintest light from your mobile is enough to disrupt your sleep. Thus, try and switch off all your lights and gadgets before going to sleep. If doing that doesn’t help either, use an eye mask to keep the light out.

  2. Carefully select your dinner: Don’t go to bed hungry or overstuffed because either of them might cause discomfort while sleeping and lead to a disruption in your sleep. Also, limit your alcohol consumption at night to refrain from making numerous trips to the washroom. Avoid consuming nicotine and caffeine before going to bed as they take a long time to wear off and can cause havoc in your sleep routine.

  3. Don’t exercise before going to bed: Exercising daily is a necessity as it keeps your body healthy and in shape, but exercising right before going to bed can be disruptive as it might make you more pumped up due to the adrenaline rush. Thus, you should avoid exercising heavily right before going to bed.

  4. Plug out all your devices: Create a technology free zone by plugging out all your devices one hour prior to your usual sleep time. The blue light radiated from your devices can trick your brain into believing that it is daylight and cause a disruption in circadian rhythm (which is an ongoing 24-hour physiological process which is regulated by external factors such as sunlight and temperature).

  5. Consume snooze food: Certain food items can be classified as snooze foods as they ensure better sleep at night. Warm milk contains ‘tryptophan’ which is a precursor to melatonin (hormone that is responsible for the onset of sleep) and ensures better sleep or you could have a spoon of honey which releases ‘orexin’ (a chemical that affects wakefulness and appetite) that reduces alertness levels. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Hello, This may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. kindly consult Physician for further management

Vitamin d3 can be boosted by exposure to sunlight, but heart patients are often deficient in it even during the summer because older people make less vitamin d3 in response to sunlight than younger people.
