Common and annoying, blackheads or whiteheads occur when your pores become clogged with excess sebum (an oil created by the sebaceous glands that keeps skin supple) and dead skin cells. The difference between a black head and a white head is simply whether or not the pore is open or closed. If the pore is open, the plug of sebum/skin cells oxidizes as it is in contact with the oxygen in the air, which turns it black. Blackheads are not caused by dirt. Let’s make that clear from the beginning. Scrubbing your face obsessively is not a good way to get rid of your blackheads, and is only going to make it worse. Since blackheads are caused by open, clogged, pores reacting to oxygen, it only makes sense that “shrinking” your pores down will help. Lemon juice is just the astringent substance needed to get the job done, however, it can lighten skin temporarily and it does make you sensitive to the sun, so use a sunscreen. If you have sensitive skin, try diluting the lemon juice with water first.

Is olive oil good for health? And well for the skin? And I wanted to know about kidney beams.

Is olive oil good for health? And well for the skin? And I wanted to know about kidney beams.
Olive oil is really good for health. As it does not produce harmful cholesterol in our body and moreover when applied on body makes the skin more radiant. Kidney beans are good for health too, as it has cholesterol lowering fibre, folate, vitamin b1, folic acid etc. It is good too for those who are diabetic. It has fibre that means it is good for your digestive system. Moreover it has is good for heart as it has cholesterol lowering fibre and it has magnesium and folate too.

Any vaccination for fungal infection? I have recently diagnosed with a fungal infection on left and right hand and taken Itraconazole capsules and Fungno GB cream as medication.

First it’s important to recognize that “There are approximately 100, 000 species of fungi and these are ubiquitous in the environment. Some form spores which we inhale on a daily basis (e.g. Aspergillus spp), and others live as human commensal organisms (e.g. Candida spp). Despite the close encounters we have with fungi, how our immune system recognises and protects us from fungal pathogens is only just beginning to be well understood. Second, while a nasty annoyance, no one is going to die from tinea pedis, also known as “athlete’s foot” so the incentive to develop a vaccine had been low. Third, in general, only immunocompromised people (in HIV/Aids & chemotherapy patients, for example) develop serious or life-threatening fungal infections; the rest of us fight them off without even being aware of the constant war between pathogens and our remarkable immune systems. Since immunodeficient people are a tiny minority of the population, the incentive to develop vaccines has remained low, …until recently some fungal vaccines have advanced through clinical trials. However, there are still many challenges that prevent the clinical development of fungal vaccines that can efficiently immunise subjects at risk of developing invasive fungal infections. In the future with proper investments, fungal vaccines may soon become a reality. I hope your query is sorted out.

Use sugar scrub to erase pimple marks- this is a simple and easy scrub for healthy, pimple-marks free, glowing skin. It will work as an exfoliating agent and would help you to achieve a brighter skin tone. - take three tablespoons of sugar - 1 tablespoon of milk powder - 1 tablespoon of honey mix them together and scrub this mixture over the face for few minutes and rinse it off after 15 minutes.

No masturbation will not have any side effect .In general, you lose about 50-100 strands of hair each day, but the loss is not visible as new hair grow in their place. However, if you lose more than a 100 strands in a day and more than 200 strands on the day you shampoo, you may be suffering from what is known as excessive hair fall. Apply coconut oil and do not use shampoo. Only dry the excess Certain factors or reasons may cause you to lose hair at an alarming rate, which are, 1. Thyroid problems Your thyroid is responsible for your body’s overall functioning. The hormones (primarily T4 and T3), which it produces help in regulating metabolic activities. Problems with your thyroid gland can cause your hormone levels to rise or fall to unhealthy levels, which can result in hair fall. You can improve the functioning of your thyroid gland through a diet rich in calcium, iodine, magnesium, protein and Vitamins A, B and C. 2. Scalp infections-Infections of the scalp can also be one of the factors that may cause your hair to fall at an alarming rate. Of the different scalp infections, the ringworm scalp infection is the most common. Although this fungal infection can occur in any part of your body, when it develops on your scalp, you end up losing clumps of hair. Alongside the use of anti-fungal medications, even anti-fungal shampoos and creams can provide you with respite from the problem. 3. Poor diet, Gorging on unhealthy foods or going on a crash diet can result in the lack of essential nutrients in your body, which are required to maintain healthy hair. Furthermore, since hair is made of protein, having a balanced diet consisting of proteins and vitamin- rich foods is a must. 4. Stress gives rise to certain conditions such as alopecia areata, telogen effluvium (hair loss caused post-pregnancy or surgery) and trichotillomania (an impulsive need to pull your hair out), which can cause you to lose significant amount of hair. To avert a hair loss crisis caused by stress, make it a point to do some simple stress-reducing exercises, such as meditation or breathing exercises.

Sir, my age is 18 years. Many unwanted hair on my body. Sir how to control this problem?

Sir, my age is 18 years. Many unwanted hair on my body.
Sir how to control this problem?
Facial and body hair in women is considered unfeminine and is quite embarrassing for many women. The good thing is there are many methods to get rid of unwanted hair. We will discuss some common methods here natural remedies/home tips for unwanted facial hair: 1. Lemon juice is a natural bleaching agent. Mix gram pulse flour (besan), wheat flour, milk cream, a few drops of fresh lemon juice, mustard oil and water together. Rub this paste in circular movements and wash it off. Do it regularly. Start this treatment from an early age as hair is soft and fine at that time. 2. Mix sugar, water and lemon juice to a thick paste. Apply it and wash it off when it dries. Do this once a week to prevent hair growth.
