Hello. The scars and the pigmentation on the face are treatable. It's better to get it examined first so that we can identify the type of skin, scars and if they are hyper pigmented, atrophic or ice pick scars. The treatment are of various kind like ranging from simple scrubs and mild peels for the face to the major interventions such as laser therapy, dermaroller, subcision or peeling. if there is any nodule or elevation of vein in the leg please consult general medicine specialist. if not check for knee joint position it should be neutral and not to be more bend towards back. if it is knee joint should be strengthened. if overweight, weight should be reduced.

Eating a healthy, balanced diet that's low in saturated fats can reduce your level of LDL (bad cholesterol). Try to avoid or cut down on the following foods, which are high in saturated fat: fatty cuts of meat and meat products, such as sausages and pies butter, ghee and lard cream, soured cream, crème fraîche and ice cream cheese, particularly hard cheese cakes and biscuits milk chocolate coconut oil, coconut cream and palm oil The government recommends that a maximum of 11% of a person's food energy should come from saturated fat. This equates to no more than: 30g of saturated fat a day for the average man 20g of saturated fat a day for the average woman Children should have less. Check the labels on the foods you're eating to find out how much saturated fat you're consuming. Read more about the saturated fat guidelines. Omega-3 fatty acids Many experts believe that the fats found in avocados and oily fish, such as mackerel, salmon and tuna, are good for you. These are known as omega-3 fatty acids and high doses can improve (lower) triglyceride levels in some people. However, too much omega-3 fatty acids can contribute to obesity. For people with a high triglyceride level, at least two portions of oily fish a week is thought to be beneficial. However, there's no evidence that taking omega-3 fatty acid supplements has the same benefit.

Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Hi. My son having fever 104 past 2 days back. That time we went hospital. Dr. Suggested tests. In tests wbc. Hb everything Fine. But typhoid positive and range 160 and crp 48. He gave antibiotics. 1. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, cauli flower, spinach, bean, carrot, mushroom, onion, garlic, fruits like blue berry, banana, pomegranate, dry fruits like walnnut, almonds soybean oil, egg, fish sardines/salmon, darkchocolate, oats, cereals, 2. Drink plenty of water, pomegranate juice, green tea 2-3 cups /day without sugar/ milk (contains anti oxidant like flavonoid and helps in improving sperm quality, but in high doses may affect sperm quality. 3go for regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight 4. Stop smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion. Take adequate rest 6. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 7. Check for blood testosterone and if it is less, you have to take testosterone supplement. 8. Consult sexologist for further advice.

Hey Abhishek relax....! Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 18.6 which is good and 4 eggs at breakfast is not nutrition friendly. Add Milk and milk product, Chicken or Tuna fish or egg also as animal resource of protein and Soya bean or Legumes ( Peas/ Beans) pulses as plant source of protein in your daily diet. At breakfast Select Muesli or Corn flecks with milk, you can take 1 boiled egg daily.Dry Fruits are necessary like almond, dates, cashew, walnuts in your diet. Banana is also good for you. Do brisk walk for 30 min in a day at any time... That will help you much.. Regards..
