Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa tonic (sbl) (1tbs) twice a day for 15 days and revert. *avoid fried and spicy food *avoid stress and anger. *take a sound sleep. *take milk twice a day *include fruits, vegetables in your diet. *take small meals.

Medicine german reckeweg baryta carb 200 single dose morn,(4-5 drops orally) sbl calcarea phos 6x / 6 tabs 3 times a day 10 days foood 25 kismis daily morn, 5 khejurs daily morn 4 bannas daily morn 2 boiled eggs daily morning mixed fruit juice daily evening. Exercise swiming, gym to stretch long bones 20-30 minutes daily keep contact.

To feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking (if you do)

Yes it can help you but you need to follow high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Firstly, don't bite your lips. Apply a lip balm without color or flavour in it on lips. Use ghee, cream, or vaseline. Don't use menthol containing items. Avoid mints. Steer away from silver coated sweets. You vil also need a few medications.

Pigmentation formed on my cheeks both cheeks and I tried different products to get rid of it but can't. It gets darken if my face got exposed to sunlight. Please suggest me how to get rid from those patches. Since 4 years I am facing this issue.

I am working in site in a day and does not get time for care I thought because of these my skin is getting dull can you please give me some advice to get fit and healthy skin and any supplement can I use for these or any liquid which does not have adverse effect .

For a healthy skin few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.
