FRACTURE HEALING
BEST HOME REMEDIES FOR FRACTURES

Castor Oil

Castor oil is one of the best natural home remedy that is available at many medicine shop or grocery shops. Castor oil has anti inflammatory and antibacterial properties and can be used in various other problems too. For using castor oil in fracture, dip a clean cotton cloth in castor oil and wrap it around that particular bone, cover the cloth with duct tape and leave for one or two nights. It will strengthen your bones and help to remove fracture.

Kalonji Or Black Caraway Seed

Kalonji can do wonders in fractures. Its high medicinal properties and contents make it very useful in almost all of minor health problems including fracture of bones. Kalonji contains zinc, iron, phosphorus and many compounds along with antibiotic qualities. For using kalonji for fracture, take kalonji or black caraway seeds oil and massage that particular area of bones two times a day for 10-12 days. You will feel better after using it.

Turmeric

Turmeric is another wonderful gift of nature to the mankind that can be extensively useful in various problems like skin infections, in injuries, various mouth related problem and in fracture too. It has various wonderful medicinal qualities like anti oxidant, antiseptic and anti inflammatory. For using turmeric in fractures, drink turmeric with milk at least twice a day to recover quickly. Another old method is make paste of turmeric and onion, make a poultice of this paste and put it on the affected part. You can also tie it with some plastic wraps for 1-2 days.

Tying With Wooden Piece

This is one of the methods that I myself have experienced. This looks simple but it is very effective, the only limitation is you can’t use it on every bones, it can only be applied on leg or hand. For using take a small wooden piece and tie it with cotton cloth or plastic on the affected bone area for 10- 12 hours.

Ice Pack

This method is also worth a try for bone fractures. It is very simple to use and can be very effective. For using put some eyes on a cotton cloth and apply slowly around the affected part for 5-10 mints, repeat this 4-5 times a day to see its effect

She is married but 10 years completed of married life but never got orgasm. What should she do?

MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
She is married but 10 years completed of married life but never got orgasm. What should she do?
There are a number of physiological factors that can inhibit a woman’s sexual desire and her ability to reach climax: hormone imbalance, low testosterone, medications such as anti-depressants, her anatomy (the distance between the clitoris and the vagina), and, of course, partner issues. These can include the partner’s lack of appeal or insensitivity, and, in relation to a male partner, insufficient knowledge of the female body and premature ejaculation. To make matters worse, focusing on having a climax creates pressure in a woman that runs counter to sexual arousal; telling herself to “relax” simply doesn’t work.

It is only 19th day of cycle breast pain can occur without pregnancy, there is no way at this time to detect pregnancy so early, if you had sex within previous 72 hours then can take emergency pill.

Go for urine pregnancy test kit at home and confirm by ultrasound. If everything OK, then you can have sex, but it's better to avoid during first and last 3 months.

In azospermia, hardly any medicines can help. But don't start to cry after hearing this. Because, in that case, we have to evaluate him and detect the exact cause. Depending on the cause, we can extract sperm from his testis or other parts (like epididymis, even seminal vesicles, depending on the cause) and carry out icsi using his own sperms. But icsi is costly, so be well prepared for it.

No chance of pregnancy. It is due to sideeffects of Ipills. As ipills r Harmonal pills they disturb the normal Harmonal level in body . So when they r consumed then the periods get early or late. Don't take ipills on regular basis. If Periods r disturb more for 1-2 months or if any other sideeffects is present like heavy bleeding u should take the treatment. Consult if require any help.

If baby's size is more in 9th month then what to do for normal delivery and what to eat to keep size ok?

If baby's size is more in 9th month then what to do for normal delivery and what to eat to keep size ok?
Don't blindly run after the normal delivery. Safety of the baby is more important than normal delivery. I am sorry to say but who wants a baby with problems after normal delivery. So keep on eating healthy diet don't starve yourself else baby might develop severe issues.

Gender reassignment surgery needs full work up and a long follow up not only post but also pre surgery. You will need to visit a psychiatrist to begin with. Only when you have had hormone therapy for some duration and have been followed up for one year can any surgery be initiated. Please get in touch with a plastic surgeon there. He/ she may be able to guide you.
