There is much hairfall since many days for me. What should be done to control my hairfall?
Biotin supplements taken under medical supervision helps in hairfall. We need to rule out any vitamin deficiency. Meanwhile- you can use coconut oil to gently massage your hair 2 hours before your shampoo- do this twice a week. Eat nutritious and healthy foods. Include dals, milk, curd, flax seeds, nuts and green leafy veg in your diet.

The fever may be because of viral infection which is common now a days you may take tab paracetamol 500 mg three times a day. But in the mean time you should consult your family physician for better understanding of the problem. It is important to know whether you are having cough, cold etc and to examine to know your blood pressure etc.

Hello, I understand your anxiety. However, you should try saying affirmative proclaimations such as: I have tge skill to be good at tge job interview, I am special and unique, I will try my best to prove my skills to the one who interviews me, my interviewer isn't greater than god, I have god with me. Believe in yourself. Close your eyes and say these things. I am sure you will start feeling the confidence.

Humans loose 100-200 hairs a day, we shed them just like other mammals. When shedding occurs the hair's bulb is detached from the follicle and falls out. But often the weight and pressure from the surrounding hairs actually keep the shed hairs in place until you pull on them. This is why people notice the most hair loss in the shower nd combing , when the pressure is removed and those hairs are allowed to fall. You do not have a problem unless you start seeing actual bald spots or massive general thinning. Hairs fall and regrow at regular intervals and this process goes on .But if your problem is something major then please consult me.Being a homoeopath I will surely guide you.

Take tab paracetamol 500mg three times a day and honitus cough syrup three times a day do warm water saline gargles and take complete rest if you don't recover in two or three days then consult a good physician and get further investigated and clinically checked.

Hi lybrate-userhere are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Gargling with warm salt water is an effective way to treat a sore throat. Salt can even help kill the bacteria or virus causing pharyngitis. 1. I'm not very clear about your blood pressure, so clarify on that. Stress can lead to fatigue, tiredness. You may feel like you have no energy or interest in doing anything. Take a multivitamin everyday. Make some dietary changes: avoid processed foods, reduce caffeine and increase fresh vegetables. As contradictory as this may sound, get some exercise. Sleep adequately. You can consult me for further management if required.

Hello, Priyanka you have not mentioned your normal menstrual cycle duration. Let us presume that your cycle is of 28 days. Also the date mentioned of last menses is 21 Feb.(Add 28 days to 21 feb= 20 March) To calculate ovulation date ,subtract half of 28 days from your next due date. ie. 20 March -14= 6 March Pregnancy is only possible during the five days before ovulation through to the day of ovulation. These six days are the ‘fertile window’ in a woman’s cycle. So Pregnancy is only possible if you had sex on 1,2,3,4,5,6 March.You had sex on 9 march so your chances of pregnancy are rare if I presume that your Menses cycle was of 28 days I hope that answers your doubt. Early signs of Pregnancy: Every woman is different. So are her experiences of pregnancy. Not every woman has the same symptoms or even the same symptoms from one pregnancy to the next. Also, because the early symptoms of pregnancy often mimic the symptoms you might experience right before and during menstruation, you may not realize you're pregnant. 1) After conception, the fertilized egg attaches itself to wall of the uterus. This can cause one of the earliest signs of pregnancy -- spotting and, sometimes, cramping. That's called implantation bleeding. It occurs anywhere from six to 12 days after the egg is fertilized. The cramps resemble menstrual cramps, so some women mistake them and the bleeding for the start of their period. The bleeding and cramps, however, are slight. Besides bleeding, a woman may notice a white, milky discharge from her vagina. 2) Breast Changes: Breasts may become swollen, sore, or tingly a week or two later. Or they may feel heavier or fuller or feel tender to the touch. The area around the nipples, called the areola, may also darken. 3) Fatigue Feeling very tired is normal in pregnancy, starting early on. A woman can start feeling unusually fatigued as soon as one week after conceiving. 4) Morning Sickness or nausea early in the morning on waking. 5) Missed Period: This is the most prominent symptom. 6) Other symptoms: Frequent urination, constipation, Mood swings, headache and backache.

Non-Surgical Ultrasonic Liposuction - Excess Fat Removal

Liposuction is a form of cosmetic surgery that utilizes a suction technique to facilitate the removal of fat from the body. Usually, the process involves insertion of cannula which are essentially thin, small and blunt tubes into the skin and is connected to an aspirator (suction device). Being an outpatient procedure, liposuction does not require an overnight stay at the hospital. Usually local anaesthesia is administered unless the amount of fat that needs to be worked on is large. Liposuction is a procedure that is purely aesthetic in nature and reduction of weight is not main objective.

There are many techniques which are utilized in liposuction procedures. One such technique is discussed below:
Ultrasound-assisted Liposuction:

In this method, a special cannula, which transmits ultrasound waves throughout the body, is used. These ultrasonic vibrations are capable of bursting the walls of the fat cells and liquefying or emulsifying the affected fat. This makes it easier for the fat to be suctioned out of the body using the cannula. The UAL is more effective when it is focussed on the more fibrous areas such as the breast areas of males or upper back regions. However, UAL takes longer time duration than the traditional method of liposuction. Loss of blood while opting for this mode of liposuction is also comparatively less. A risk of using ultrasonic liposuction technique is the formation of seromas. These are pockets of fluid which would need to be extracted later using a needle. It is mandatory that suction-assisted liposuction be performed after ultrasonic liposuction so that the liquefied fat is removed or additional fat cells to create needed volumes for high definition liposuction are inserted.

Homemade skin whitening tips, fairness tips


A whitened skin tone is a desire of every women. Who don?t want to flaunt that white skin tone to gain attraction? A fairer skin is certainly an impossible task to achieve and so we are flowing in the breeze of market trends, where more you will spend, the more effective whitening cream you will get. But the chemical content in these fairness creams is way high which damages the skin natural glow after some time. A worthy effect is what we look for but not at the cost of any skin damage. Natural remedies are beyond any harm and the ingredients are often available at our home. In summer weather, when the harshness of sun damages skin tone and darken our skin color, then we are forced to adapt these expensive beauty creams to withstand the effect of sun. It has been found that people in the east are more attracted towards spending several bucks for the fairness creams to achieve that everlasting whitened skin tone. The products available in the market consists of bleach, aloe Vera and lemon extracts which leads to the reduced production of melanin in the body and induces fairness of the skin. But the products are quite expensive and so we can easily land up to homemade secrets.


Honey and almond

Honey and almond possess great results in lightening the skin and providing proper moisturizing. Honey and almond altogether are impactful skin lightening homemade assets. You can easily make this skin whitening mask by mixing a tablespoon of milk powder, 1 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of lemon juice along with 1/2 tsp of almond oil, then apply it gently on the skin to a good 10-15 minutes.

Tomato and oatmeal

Tomato is one of the renowned skin lightening agent. A mix of oatmeal, tomato and yoghurt when applied on the face can lighten up your skin and removes the tan. This is great when you have sunburns.
Milk and lemon juice

It is one of the effective skin lightening remedy which is competent in removing the tan on your skin and lighten darken skin tone to a great level. Mix a tsp of gram flour with 2 tsp of raw milk and 2-3 drops of lime juice. Apply the mixture for 15 minutes before washing.

Potato slices

Sliced potatoes or grated when applied helps in skin lightening. It is one of the great agent in whitening skin, and is highly beneficial in removing dark spots and blemishes. The clear face without any marks is the desire of any women and so the remedies in the natural way are more impactful.

Yogurt

This is a product that is made of milk and hence completely safe. Lactic acid in this food product has got ability to lighten the skin tone. Apply this on your skin and leave it for some time. Then rinse it with water. If you can use this for two times daily ? you will notice the change in your skin tone. You can also mix yogurt with honey and anoint your face and neck. This will improve your skin tone and moisturize your skin. Your skin will look fresh and young.

Oranges

Vitamin C is important for your skin. Oranges contain the vitamin C in it in good quantity. It is a citrus fruit and contains skin lightening properties too. Mix orange juice with a pinch of turmeric and make a paste. Apply this on your face and exposed part of neck. Leave it overnight and then in the morning rinse off. You can also use the peel of the fruit and powder it. Mix this powder with yogurt and apply on your body and face. Wait till this is dry. Rinse it off and take a shower. Regular use will show you the difference it makes.

Aloe Vera Gel

This has got properties for alleviating hyper pigmentation and can give you back the lighter tone of your skin. The gel also helps in repairing the damaged cells of the skin and improves the condition of your skin. Take the gel from the leaf and smear it on your body. Leave for 30 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. This will help in keeping your skin healthy and give you a lighter tone in natural way.

These skin lightening packs are good for keeping your skin tone lighter. You can also use some tips that are good for bleaching your skin. This can make your skin look whiter naturally. You must use the proper sunscreen after using these bleaching agents. Avoid using these agents around the eye area. Never use the agents in higher concentration other than that is recommended. Misusing these will harm the skin tone for a longer time period. Some natural bleaching agents are:

Lemon juice and cucumber juice mixed with a small quantity of turmeric powder.
Sandal wood powder, cucumber juice, tomato juice and lemon juice. All in equal quantity.
Dried orange peel powder mixed with milk to form a paste.
Fresh milk of coconut and juice of pineapple mixed in equal quantity.
Almond soaked overnight becomes softer. Make a paste of this with equal quantity of honey.
Fuller?s earth ? 2 teaspoon, ammonia liquid ? 6 drops, 1 teaspoon peroxide 20 volumes.

These are some of the natural bleach that can be used on your skin. You must use them twice in a week. These will bring the desired effect on your skin but it will take more time than the chemical bleaches.The necessary steps to be undertaken to attain a glowing and a whitened skin is all through your efforts. The expensive products making a hold on your pocket need to be curbed by the powerful effect of natural remedies. Moreover the precautions at your end are striking to achieve that admirable skin tone. Avoid exposure in sunlight, such that you can protect your skin color from damaging. Drink plenty of water. Base your diet on various fruits and vegetables to get that extra glow and skin tone improvement.
