Dear mam/sir I frequently have pharantigies and I had gone through many thyroid test and dis tym is been occurred and it is been still there from around 15 days that I can not able to get relief for some sort of time from pharyngitis need to tell I had intimated with a sex worker but I had taken protection I too get tested for HIV result is negative and VDRL too so please make me clear that I m safe or not:(or I jst been infected through weather!

The HIv test has to be done 3 months after exposure for confirmation. If the report is negative ,you are not having HIV. negative.Your recurrent pharyngitis could be due to allergy or infection. 1. Do warm saline gurgling 2-3 times daily 2. You have to take course of antibiotic 3. Consult Doctor/Me for further advice and treatment

Symptoms of dengue fever sudden, high fever. Severe headaches. Pain behind the eyes. Severe joint and muscle pain. Fatigue. Nausea. Vomiting. Skin rash, which appears two to five days after the onset of fever. The usual fever medicine are only needed and monitoring for bleeding and falling platelet.

Semen comes out of the penis at ejaculation and sperms are there in it. Sperms are so microscopic that we cannot see them with naked eye. So I guess you are talking about semen. Semen consists of sperms and secretions of the accessory sex glands. In any case when a person is aroused very well or has a prolonged foreplay, the volume of secretions increase tremendously and hence the semen volume also increases. One teaspoon or one drop, it does not matter as semen. It is not a sign of any persons" interest" in you or not if a person has not had sex or masturbated for a while, then the semen which coem sout is thick, yellowish and often just small amount.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

If all of you are uncomfortable with your growing son's sexual needs, of course any psychiatrist or psychologist will educate him. Find out from your son, how he views a psychiatrist. Only as a teacher - not someone who will correct his'abnormality' he is a normally growing adolescent.

Add a meatless meal once a week. Eat a whole grain. Switch from full-fat dairy to low-fat. Eat good and healthy fat. Have healthy snacks.

. Include citrus fruits and salads in your diet for complexion. Don't use any bleaching agents for skin. Apply plain cream or lotion which doesn, t have harsh chemicals. Take medicine r-60 drops (dr reckweg, germany) 10 drops in 1/4cup of water drink twice a day, 1/2 an hour before meals.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Sleep has some type I tell you 2 type 1.beta sleep = in which we are in dream if you take this kind of sleep it will not good even you take 8 hr 2.delta sleep=in which we sleep very deeply if you take this kind of sleep then 4 hr is also sufficient 3.if genarly you ask me we should 3 hr or 6 hrs or 9 hrs because our sleep cycle is complete in every 3 hrs so you should tkae sleep ik this then only you feel energetic.

Dear, you can get a healthy body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6.
