Hi Back problems are usually weak back muscles due to sitting in chair for prolonged periods. These muscles can be strenghthened by doing specific back strength exercise and also by doing abs building exercises. you can join a Yoga class and tell them about your problem. I am sure the problem can be resolved in a natural and healthy way.

Use rest, ice, compression, and elevation (rice) for pain and swelling. Stop, change, or take a break from any activities that cause your symptoms. Wear comfortable and supportive shoes and socks consider using an orthotic shoe device, such as an arch support, to help relieve your ankle pain. Try heel-cord exercises to increase your strength and flexibility if your heel or heel cord (achilles tendon) is tight and painful. This may help relieve your heel and ankle pain.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately. Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee.
