1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. Avoid oily n spicy food.....take vegetable soup twice daiy....eat only saladn 1 cup of fat free milk at night...drink 1 glass of water 1/2hr before meals....take fruits empty stomach...join aerobics... take 1 tsp triphala churna dailyat night with luke warm water..

I have Obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety problem and taking medicine since long like XET CR plus 12.5 mg twice and depsol plus half tab in after noon and half tab in night. My doctor said ,when these tablet do well to you then what is the issue to not take. Is it correct. He told me in USA number of people taking xet cr and it is common disease so do not worry and take medicine and live your life with enjoy.

Hi lybrate-user, You have to take the medication at least for 18 months and further the doctor would decide on whether to continue. In my opinion if your OCD and anxiety is stabilised it sufficient you take XET cr alone but do consult and opine your doctor for the same. Every doctor has a reason to prescribe which every patient should ask for. There would be side effect but in terms of risk benefit you should continue. Good luck!

vomiting in morning due to migraine ...take ulgel-A 15 ml in morning. tab. vasograine sos. Start with easily digested foods such as gelatin, crackers and toast. When you can keep these down, try cereal, rice, fruit, and salty or high-protein, high-carbohydrate foods. Avoid fatty or spicy foods. Wait to eat solid foods until about six hours after the last time you vomited

It has been around 6-7 months that I started going to gym. I was advised by my instructor to take whey protein. Is it advisable to take? N is there any steroids or side effects of taking it?

Before having any kind of supplement you should have knowledge about the product. Try to include more protein in your diet and avoid supplements if it not required. Get your kidney functional tests done first and then realize do you really need it. Because requirement of supplement occurs when you are doing a heavy workout and not able to meet your protein requirements by natural diet. If you not doing a heavy workout and you do not need a muscle gain then avoid it. Otherwise collect all the details about the purity of supplement before buying any.

Keggel exercise 1. It is a pelvic floor exercise 2. Contract the muscle which you use to stop urinating 3. Squeeze for 3 sec, relax for3 sec, repeat 10-15 times per session and do it 3 times daily.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. Dear user, welcome to lybrate-user. You must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. If the task is boring, it is natural that that person will sleep or feel sleepy. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Take care.
