I am 22 year old and blood is flow in my teeth for last 1 year. What should I do?
We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

That's true your dentist told correct they are milk tooth so not to worry they get removed but if no pain you wait for its own getting out but if pain than get them removed. At time there is delayed eruption and at time the milk tooth don't get removed and permanent teeth start erupting so no need to worry.

I am 18 years old. Since birth I have a kind of problem. I have a kind of stuck tongue. Like, when I extend my tongue out of my mouth, it doesn't come out to be pointed in shape with actually should come out. Instead of that point shape, it looks like a a slight curve or flat in shape when I extend it. Though I don't have any difficulty in talking. What's all this about? Is it common? And what to do?

Some people will have thier tongue stuck with the mouth from their birth which we commonly reffered to as tongue tie (ankyloglossia. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment.

Gum diseases can be treated and reversed in their initial stages very easily. By getting the accumulated tartar and plaque removed by a dentist, there is a chance that they can get better without much ado.

My father is a tobacco addict. His gums became dilute along with ulcers in his mouth two days ago. He had fever and having constipation. He said that he stops chewing tobacco few days ago and then these problems occurs because of change. Is this possible. I think that he is hiding something serious from us. Maybe ulcers came first and then he leaves tobacco. How can we know that it is not a serious problem like mouth cancer. Suggest me some test or any other mean and where can we have these test.

Prevention is better than cure mouth ulcers, gum problem, discolouration of teeth with infection occurs by tobacco. Stoping it will improve the mouth condition. Just bear the problem for few days, take preventive measures and you will see bright prospect.

You need to get cleaning and polishing done for your teeth. Then only the tartar /deposit on back side of teeth will get cleaned.

Having some problem with my TMJ. Problem in opening mouth fully. Is it TMD? Whom should I consult.

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Dentist, Chennai
Having some problem with my TMJ. Problem in opening mouth fully. Is it TMD? Whom should I consult.
Kindly consult an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray, tmj open & closed mouth) & clinical examination to decide upon treatment. Until then have soft diet. Replace posterior teeth if they are missing. Advise mouth opening exercise & side to side movement for the jaw muscles or the use of anti-inflammatory medicines and painkillers. For people who grind their teeth or clench their jaw, a bite-appliance may be made which corrects the way in which the jaw works and reduces the stresses and loads on it. This can be disposed of when normal function is restored. As oral & maxillo-facial surgeon, may be required to perform surgery on the tmj.

There are few reasons. And first remove them. Like chronic bleeding from the gums. Taking too much tea coffee. Smoking. Etc. And you will also have to clean your teeth by scaling with a dentist.

Sir
I have very big issue with my bad breath I think I'm suffering from pairia sir please suggest me what should I do.
Poor oral hygiene is the main cause of pyria, go to a dentist get your full mouth scaling cleaning done, do twice brushing regularly, flossing aftr meals, gargling with chlorhex plus mouthwash thrice daily, in every six month regular dental check ups, do it & you will feel the change.
