Uti is notorious. Recurrent fever is common in uti due to either incomplete treatment or under dosing. Some urinary tract abnormality is also responsible for recurrent uti even after proper tt. C/s of urine may be negative if done during tt with antibiotics. Anyway, if there is no chance of recurrent uti, then thorough investigation is required. Preliminary blood test cbc and gbp/ pbs is needed. I am sure he must be under care of pediatrician and must be taking all precaution as required in lactose intolerance.

Please send usg/ skiagram report and any other test details. Also send clinical problems you feel. There are some devoctions and herbal combos for long term use capable of dissolving renal stones. Duration depends on size, location, consistency etc. However lots of liquid also helps to dissolve n expel stones but medicines also check the process of formation of renal stones which surgery or lithotripsy can't do.

Ideally, gastro intestinal system has no direct relation. But if you suffering from severe flatulence, then there may be compression on ureter so you will be having difficulty in urine passing,Better you go for good sonography of abdomen at empty stomach in the morning, and also uroflowmetry with good urologist.Till that you may take Isapgol husk with water at night.

To what extent Himalaya Cystone is preferable for stones in kidneys? And what are the substitutes?

To what extent Himalaya Cystone is preferable for stones in kidneys? And what are the substitutes?
You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take Gokshur tablets of Himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones.

dear , ur question is not clear bcoz urinary bladder is not visible to the naked eyes as its internal organ..if u r reffering to pain and itching while urinating then get ur urine examined first..it might be a manifestation of urine infection..there is no reason to be tense ..its completely curable...and if the red spots are on penis then its better to get them examined by your nearest doctor first

According to your history it appears you have a fissure in ano, which needs to be confirmed by your doctor, if in case your doctor after external exam tells you that you do not have a fissure in ano he will perform a proctoscopic examination and figure out the cause of pain and suggest treatment. As far as your sensation that you need to go to a toilet after eating is a feature in some normal people it is due to a simple condition called gastro colic reflex, for which no treatment is required, this is seen in high performers or stressful individuals, you only require will power to control. Gradually you will overcome from this problem.

Plenty of fluids and less amount of salt in diet is universally helpful across all types of stones. Regular follow up with an usg 3 monthly is important to assess the stone, whether it can be continued to be managed medicinally or needs intervention.

Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3mm then you should surely go for surgery.

What is main reason of kidney damaging and, blood clot, brain damaging ?

CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology, MBBS
Endocrinologist,
Both conditions can occur due to a wide variety of causes. It is difficult to give a brief reply. However, a few things I am mentioning. Kidney damage occurs due to long term uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure and any chronic infections or persistent pressure on the kidneys. Even certain drugs particularly pain killers and nsaids (non steroidal antiinflammatory drugs) like diclofenac, ibuprofen etc if taken for very long time, certain anti cancer drugs etc. The list is too big. As blood clot or hemorrhage in brain again reasons are many, like high bp, long term diabetes leading to damage to vessels. Blood clots that arise in deeper veins (deep vein thrombosis) may cause more damage, as these clots may break away and get lodged in lungs causing severe damage. Similarly clots arising in the heart chambers may travel to brain & can cause stroke or paralytic attacks.
