Myself is a homoeopath.Although I have removed several kidney and Uretheral stones in my life but your is a real big one .I can prescribe you medicines with which the stone will start moving but this will be of no use as such a large stone can cause ome serious damage to Urethera along with severe pain. The only way is by crushing the stone there itself but as the stone is in Urethere so we cant wait for the medicines to act.So I suggest you to go for Surgery.

Sir, I have got some small 2-3 mm calculi in my both, Right and Left kidney. Since from last year. I have consulted to doctor many times. That time medico prescribed me you had to take 4-5 ltr water in a day and do not take tomato, palak, Red meat, Bringel. I am doing what ever medico said but my problem not solve yet. Sir, what I should do for better treatment?

Small stones if not causing any problem will pass out on their own. Please keep on taking plenty of fluids and get a usg done every 6 months. Don't worry your stones will pass over a period.

Urine r/m is more informative in case of any cast/ infection/stone/ protein leak and others. Get it done repeat. If its orange color only then findout whether you have started any new drug recently or any food like beet root etc.
