it is a viral fever and the virus is transmitted by the bite of aedis aegypti mosquito. it causes Sudden High Fever,Severe Headache Severe Bone and Joint Pain, Pain behind eyes Fatigue, Nausea and vomiting Skin rash may appear 2-5 days after fever Prevention- take anti mosquito measure. If you are suffering from Dengue, Take Paracetamol 500mg 2-3 times daily after food, drink plenty of water and take rest. Monitor blood platelet and if it is falling down and you develop skin rashes with bleeding episodes like bleeding from gum, nose etc consult doctor immediately.

Please At present you can go for walk After 3 mths of operation you can join gym again But do only light exercises for 3 mths 6 mths after operation, you will be able to heavy exercises So that incisional hernia will be prevented

Hi I am 31 Years old, 2001 I had external severe Hemorrhoids and it was cured using some Ayurveda medicines. Again after then 2011 it reappeared and after using some tablets the pain is gone. But the bulge remains the same till now and some time pains when I have improper diet and drink more. Any permanent solution for this or surgery which I need to undergo. Due to this, even it does not pain, the fear of swelling inside remains same and I cannot be active or play sports good.

Treat typhoid naturally: take 15 leaves of shyam tulsi neem (bitter) 1 leave 5 piece of kali mirch 5 gram ginger make a paste of it and put in 150 ml water and boil it. Than filter it (chaan le) and drink, in morning empty stomach, you will be ok in 5 days but you have to consume it 20 days wdout fail.

How Poor Sleep Affects Your Sex Life

With more people frankly discussing about the loss of libido, studies have been conducted to investigate the reasons behind this. Surprisingly, in addition to hormonal and functional causes like genital issues, one common factor that causes loss of libido in both men and women is lifestyle changes. In addition to improper food habits and loss of exercise, loss of sleep is one of the most common causes of reduced sex drive.

Listed below are some reasons how sleep affects your sex drive:

  1. Lowers testosterone levels: Optimal amounts of testosterone in the body are required for having a good sex drive. Sleeplessness reduces the amount of testosterone produced in the body, thereby directly affecting the person's libido. A week with only 5 hours of sleep daily can reduce testosterone levels by 15%, which is equivalent to approximately 10 to 15 years of ageing.
  2. Vaginal lubrication: Studies have shown women who sleep regularly are wetter and have less pain during sex. Painful sex in turn reduces the sex drive in women.
  3. Erectile dysfunction: Improper sleep habits also reduces the quality of erection, thereby leaving you dissatisfied. Patients with sleep apnea who breathe irregularly with pauses in between were identified to have erectile dysfunction. The correlation gets stronger when the erectile dysfunction and sleep apnea improved drastically with regular sleep habits.
  4. Sleep induced depression: Sleeplessness leads to depression and general fatigue, and the last thing one wants to indulge in when depressed and tired is to have a sex.
  5. Impaired cognitive function: In addition to depression, deprived sleep also leaves you with overall reduced cognitive function, which leads to a vicious cycle of not reacting to your partner's instincts, etc. If you are not able to decipher whether or not the other person is interested, then the frequency and more importantly the quality of sex is reduced. This again sends out wrong signals to the partner, who will also not make the first move. And that again leads to a gradual decline of your sex life.
  6. Reduces love: Ever wondered why good sex is followed by a sound sleep and leaves you feeling fresh. There are strong chemical reasons to it sex induces hormones like prolactin which helps you relax and feel rested; it also produces the cuddle hormone oxytocin which increases the goodness feeling; it also reduces cortisol which is the stress hormone. All these increase feelings of belonging and love between the partners, which are affected by lack of sleep.

So, if you and your partner have been have been wondering how to rekindle your love life, think of getting a good night's sleep and sex will happen on its own.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment 6. Consult me for further advice.

Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cumin on a sliced banana. Eat at night regularly.

It seems as if you are bothered with constipation/irregularities of your bowel habbits. Let me tell you how can your digestive system be regularized. First of all have a look at your life style. Regular sleep and dietary habbits, in most of cases do suffice. Any addictions, may be smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing etc. Also have bad effects on digestion. In addition, compulsorily mixed type of salad must be present at each time when you eat. Add fruits of season to lunch. Drink a lot of water. Extra effort for the problem may be some simple food changes and supplements added we can suggest if know what you regularly eat. Regards.

Hi lybrate-user children during hot summer days prefer liquid food and fruit juices to solids of parents preference. It is not bad. Rather fluids and fruits are the recommended food for children in hot days. But this kind of food habbits should notbe the order the day through out the year. You pls encourage years son to take fresh friuit as a whole instead of juices of high calories with added sugars and syrups. We need to respect the likes and dislikes of children. Avoid squashes during meal time. Coax years child to take some high protein diet like eggs or diary products first with promise that he would be permitted to eat fresh fruits after this. So do not loose heart, be moderate in approach to teach and discilpline your child.
