some tips for headache relief: Close your eyes and rest. ... Massage your neck and temples. ... Warm up your neck Try putting a heating pad or a warm cloth around your neck and the base of your skull to ease tension headaches. ... Relax. ... Minimize stress. ... Watch what you eat and drink. If you have a migraine, place a cold pack on your forehead. Ice cubes wrapped in a towel, a bag of frozen peas, or even a cold shower may lessen the pain. Keep the compress on your head for 15 minutes, then take a break for 15 minutes.

No you just need to get sleep study done for this as this is related with your nose and palate, if nose is obstructed than only patient gets snoring, this might lead to further damage of the heart or other any major organ, so need to address this disease immediately.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your early morning sugar level is high, reduce carbs in dinner, take a walk for 15-20 min after dinner, consult your diabetologist to know whether you require a change of dosage of medicine.

You need to increase your immunity and also get your blood sugar levels done. The best way to boost your immunity is to take a multivitamin, a vitamin C and a fish oil tablet daily. Exercise daily. Eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol, nicotine and illegal substances.

Premature ejaculation is to ejaculate before due time when even partner may have not satisfied but its ejaculated. And there is no relation between premature ejaculation and conceiving. It was diagnosed that my mother aged 65 years and has diabetes. She also has a lot of itching on her hands and there are dark patches on her hand as it itches. She also has tiny lumps on her hands. Masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual. Suggestions for you to reduce frequency of masturbation: 1. Read good books, newspaper 2. Spend time with family members 3. Daily walk 30 minutes 4. Avoid porn 5. Avoid spending times with not so good friends and alone. A video consultation is recommended.
