If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. It is fine to do walk and exercise home... And penis already have good blood supply... Just don't overuse it...

सूप सेहत के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद होता है. भोजन के कुछ समय पहले सूप पीने से भूख खुलती है, और अति‍रिक्त पोषण भी मिलता है. आमतौर पर लोग अस्वस्थ होने पर सूप का सेवन अधिक सेवन करते हैं, लेकिन सूप को अनिवार्य तौर पर अपनी दिनचर्या में शामिल करने के कई लाभ हैं. वेजिटेबल सूप में विटामिन ई, विटामिन बी6 और विटामिन ए सबसे अधिक पाया जाता है. गाजर, ब्रॉक्ली और पालक इन विटामिनों के मुख्य स्रोत होते हैं. एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स की अधिक मात्रा पाने के लिए सारे रंग की सब्ज़ियों को अपने खाने में शामिल करें. हर रंग में अलग-अलग तरह के एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स होते हैं. ये शरीर को उन फ्री रेडिकल्स से बचाते हैं, जो शरीर के ऊतकों को खराब करते हैं. उबली हुई सब्जियों को सूप में डालें, ताकि सूप के साथ सब्जियों भी खाई जाएं. इससे हमें फाइबर भी मिलेगा. दूसरी जरूरी बात यह कि सूप बनाते हुए उसे गाढ़ा करने के लिए ज्यादा मात्रा में कॉर्नफ्लोर डालने से बचें. ऐसा करने से आपका वजन बढ़ सकता है. आइए सूप पीने के फायदे जानते हैं.

सूप कोई भी को, पौष्टिक तत्वों से भरपूर होता है. दरअसल जिस सब्जी या अन्य खाद्य पदार्थ का सूप बनता है, उसका पूरा सत्व सूप में होता है. इसके अलावा कई तरह के पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर सूप अंदरूनी तौर पर ताकत देने का काम करता है.
2. कमजोरी करे दूर
शरीर में कमजोरी महसूस होने पर सूप का सेवन करना बहुत लाभदायक होता है. यह कमजोरी तो दूर करता ही है, साथ ही प्रतिरक्षा तंत्र को भी और अधिक मजबूत करने में मदद करता है. यह बुखार, शारीरिक दर्द, सर्दी-जुकाम जैसी परेशानियों से लड़ने में मदद भी करता है. इसके अलावा तबियत खराब होने पर सूप के सेवन से किसी प्रकार की कोई परेशानी भी नहीं होती.
3. पचने में आसान
सूप का सेवन बीमारियों में इसलिए भी किया जाता है, क्योंकि यह आसानी से पच जाता है और किसी प्रकार की परेशानी पैदा नहीं करता. इससे बीमारी के बाद सुस्त पड़ा पाचन तंत्र भी सुव्यवस्थित तरीके से काम करने लगता है.
4. भूख बढ़ना
अगर आपको भूख नहीं लगती या कम लगती है, तो सूप पीना बहुत अच्छा विकल्प है. क्योंकि इसे लेने के बाद धीरे-धीरे भूख खुलने लगती है और भोजन के प्रति आपकी रूचि भी बढ़ती है.
5. उर्जा के लिए
शारीरिक कमजोरी में सूप का सेवन आपको उर्जा देता है और आप पहले से स्वस्थ महसूस करते हैं. धीरे-धीरे आपकी उर्जा का स्तर भी बढ़ने लगता है और आप स्वस्थ व सेहतमंद बनते हैं, सो अलग. हुआ ना सोने पर सुहागा.
6. हाइड्रेशन
जब आप अस्वस्थ होते हैं या फीवर के दौरान शरीर डिहाइड्रेट हो जाता है. इसलिए ऐसे समय में शरीर को हाइड्रेट रखने के लिए सूप का सेवन करना चाहिए. इससे शरीर में पानी की मात्रा और पोषक तत्व दोनों प्रवेश करते हैं.
7. म्यूकस पतला करे
कमजोरी होने पर म्यूकस मोटा हो जाता है, जिसके कारण बैक्टीरिया और वायरस का खतरा बढ़ जाता है. सूप का प्रतिदिन प्रयोग करने पर म्यूकस पतला हो जाता है जिससे संक्रमण नहीं होता.
8. वजन कम
अगर आप कम कैलोरी लेना पसंद करते हैं, और जल्दी वजन कम करना चाहते हैं, तो सूप से बेहतर क्या हो सकता है. इसमें आपको फाइबर्स और पोषक तत्व भी भरपूर मात्रा में मिलते हैं, और कैलोरी भी ज्यादा नहीं होती. सूप पीने से पेट भी जल्दी भर जाता है और भारीपन भी नहीं होता.
9. सर्दी जुकाम
सर्दी व ठंड से बचने के लिए गर्मागर्म सूप बेहद कारगर उपाय है. इसके अलावा जुकाम होने या गला खराब होने की स्थिति में भी कालीमिर्च मिला हुआ सूप पीने से बहुत जल्दी आराम होता है.

The area around my eyes, especially under my eyes looks oily and hence I always have to keep wiping my eyes to avoid looking ugly. Please suggest some cream or some medication to treat this issue. Its a major problem for me. Please help. Thank you.

Pour 1 quart of water into a pot. Bring the water to a boil, then turn off the heat. Step 2 Stand over the pot about 5 inches away. Remain in this position for up to 10 minutes. The steam opens pores and softens hardened oil so it flows out. Give yourself a steam facial once or twice a week to get rid of excess skin oil. Step 3 Put a quarter size of cleanser formulated for oily skin into your hand. Massage the cleanser into your face for 30 seconds to one minute. Rinse your face with warm or lukewarm water. Step 4 Pour an astringent for oily skin onto a cotton ball. (Astringents remove excess skin oil.) Wipe the cotton ball over your face — especially the area around your eyes. Do not get astringent into your eyes. Let the astringent dry. Alternatives to over-the-counter astringents include vinegar, witch hazel and lemon juice.

Take good amount of fruits, ample of water in the daily schedule. Along with this you need some medicines which you can consult and know. This is absolutely curable. Take sound sleep and relax urself.
