Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that you are not allergic to any of the medicines that you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, Please inform.

Without any heavy exercises. Or without going to gym.
Hye. Dietary changes can speed up the effects exercise has on your belly fat and love handles. Commit to a lower-calorie diet. A pound of fat equals 3, 500 calories, so when your body burns that much off and doesn't replace it with more, you lose weight. Create the deficit with your exercise and increase it by choosing smaller portions of whole, unprocessed food. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Quit smoking and reduce stress to help you target belly fat and love handles for loss. Stress can cause you to make poor food choices, overeat and release a hormone called cortisol, which makes your body more likely to put on fat in your midsection. Adequate sleep, more than five hours per night and less than nine, correlates with slimmer bellies. Drink about 2 liters of water per day.

If it was reduced properly there is no issue. You can check for any problem in union of the broken bone. If it is get advice from orhto doctor or physiotherapist.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

The human body stands on the foundation made in the framework of bones. If bones are strong and healthy, you get the additional support to lead a healthy life, go through daily and rigorous activities, and participate in all such events and things which challenge your strength and balance. Most importantly, you get the confidence to go on. But when bones are weak, decayed, depleting, or getting porous, affected from diseases, your whole system may collapse due to its effects, or you may get partially handicapped. Pains and sufferings automatically come with the bone diseases. Hence, to know how to protect your bones from the deadly diseases, and the most common and devastating one, which is Osteoporosis, read on.

The growth and life of bones

Bones are living tissues in the body, which keep on growing, and cells keep on multiplying, regenerating, and replace old and dead cells with new ones. When the natural rhythm is maintained you are safe from bone diseases and have healthy bones.

The frequency of bone diseases and Osteoporosis

Every year almost 1.5 million people from around the world suffer from bone fractures, and the most likely reason for this among people over thirties is osteoporosis.

What is Osteoporosis?

Bone cell structure under the microscope is a mesh network, where the cells are joined together to form a smart network of support. In Osteoporosis, the bones stop growing or get depleted. Due to any of the two reasons which may again be induced by other factors, the holes between the mesh formed by bone cells grow bigger. As a result, the bones lose density, mass and strength, and get into such a state that they may collapse under normal pressure anytime. This is more common in women who lose calcium (an important ingredient for healthy bones) after their thirties.

How to keep your bones healthy and fight Osteoporosis?

The best thing you can do to prevent osteoporosis is:

  • Monitor diet to see that your body gets important bone forming ingredients like vitamin D, calcium, and phosphorus
  • Do regular exercises to keep fit and promote blood circulation through bones
  • Get a health checkup done every few years to ensure your bones are okay

If you get a fracture easily or pain in the bones, you may be suffering from osteoporosis and must arrange for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible to prevent further weakening of the bones.

Hi Lybrate user … Eat few these things for reducing fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Ashwagandha is a short woody shrub that belongs to the solanaceae family. The powder is obtained from its roots. Take 1 glass of warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of ashwagandha powder to it. Then, mix one teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). Stir it well and drink two times a day. Do this for one month.

Hii, as you have mentioned that you are having dry skin. Please inform is there any specific season when you feel your skin is more dry. Dry skin can be an early sign of pre psoriasis and should be managed properly. To start with coconut oil 3/4 times in a day is best remedy for dry skin to be applied after taking bath. It is safe for long term use.

Hello- dry cough occurs due to use of power full modern medicines on previous episode of productive cough. >try these ayurvedic tips- 1) chew vasa leaves or use vasavleha 1 tsp twice daily. 2) apply warm sesame oil on chest followed by hot sudation, it will remove the deposited cough inside lungs and make your chest congestion go away. 3) do hot water syeam inhalation. It is very beneficial in dry cough.
