My age is 22 year and I suffer from hairfall and also my hair is thin. Can I apply the egg on my hairs?

My age is 22 year and I suffer from hairfall and also my hair is thin. Can I apply the egg on my hairs?
Hello lybrate-user, I can understand that when you have hair problems we get acquainted with lots of grand ma remedies but tell me how can application of egg help you to solve your hair fall and hair thinning problems. Its got to do about taking the right nutrition sups and solving the hormonal imbalance which is making your hair thin. If you have a genetic history of hair thinning in the family then its high time that you take it seriously because such problems are generally irreversible in their nature. Wasting much time on these home based remedies is just going to make your condition worst without having any positive effect on your hair problem. Get your self consulted soon as you are really young to suffer from hair thinning. Hope this helps:)

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Lycopodium 200/ once daily, Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.

Specific Best food : 1. Egg : Enriched with protein which helps in growth and improves the quality of hair 2.Bean: Contains silica which prevent hair loss. Helps the base of hair roots and helps to form new cells and regenerate healthy hair. 3. Carrots:Promotes growth of cells of scalp, thus helps in shiny , well conditioned hair growth . 4. Sea food: Contains abundant zinc. Fish contains Sulphur which provides essential fatty acids necessary for maintanence of healthy hair. 5.Dates and Raisins: Contains Iron which helps in haemoglobin production , thus enhancing the oxygen supply to the scalp. 6.Oats: Contain Zinc, Iron and omega -6-fatty acid , which again helps in hairgrowth. Common mismanagement -Excessive stress - Cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. - Avoid treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - Avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - Excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Best Oil to prepare at home would be ? To coconut oil add plenty of curry leaf and onion , once onion becomes brown ,take out of flame. Best Conditioner: Egg white or Hibiscus powder Best natural medicine for hairgrowth: Chop onions and make a paste of it. Extract the onion juice and apply on the scalp. Keep this for 20min and do head wash. Can find a drastic change in 2 months time if you do it daily. For further treatment and enhancing the hairgrowth , you can take Homoeopathic medicines. Please personal message me for futher details or if any query. We recommend specific parabean free homoeopathic oil and shampoo during our treatments.

It appears you have lost confidence in yourself. To motivate yourself, you need to believe in your capabilities, qualification and experience. Basically what makes you nervous is your memories which are good as well bad and you mainly focus and believe on memories of bad situations of your past experiences. You need to switch your focus from bad experiences to good and beautiful experiences of your past life of 25 years. I am sure, you can do it. In case if you are unable to do it yourself you need to connect and discuss with an expert psychotherapist. Be quick and move on as these are your important years of life creation and growth. All the best.

You should never play around with medication without consultation with a doctor. You will also need to go for a thorough medical examination to see the cause for the other problems you are having. Your symptoms may have manifested itself at late adolescence and were indicative that there was something in your childhood that has precipitated them. If you know of what that is then meet with a counselor to work on that contributing factor. If you combined counseling with the medication you can expect the best outcomes for your anxiety disorder. However, you must be episode-free for at least three years before the doctor will decide on weaning you off of the medication but in a gradual and effective manner. Counseling will help in training you will skills and techniques to cope with the daily challenges in life and will give you a fair chance to manage your life when the reduction in medicines is initiated by the doctor. You must also develop your constitution to make it fit enough to cope with fear, felt many times unnecessarily. This involves physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Mental stability can be achieved by learning a few skills in handling emotions in an appropriate manner. Stress management skills, which have a lot to do with expressing emotions, will need to be a major part of your recovery program. Please persevere and cooperate through all the support you need and you will come through successfully.
