Young hypertensive requires investigation. You have to go for blood sugar, lipid profile, renal profile, xray chest, ecg. Not to be neglected. Regular medicine is to be taken.

Hi . I am 26. I eat sensibly. But whatever fat intake I have, my body tends to store it. I can eat less at a time bt I feel hungry frequently. Even I push my body to limits in cardio exercises, still my waistline does not seem to fade away. A week off from exercise n my belly looks big. Even my double chin. I weigh 65 kgs and it is not going down a bit. I am tired of my waistline n belly chubbiness. Please suggest something.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Mrs. Kaur you have to be very particular about her food choices, eating behaviour, likes & dislikes, her lifestyle and her schedule & timings, & include high calorie fiod items without adding bulk to it and weight gain is a scientific and complex process. It will never be increased only by including some or the other item, try to do this in a scientific manner under the supervision a dietician.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part--knee & leg. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Take one tablespoon of onion juice, one tablespoon of garlic juice, half tablespoon of vinegar and mix them properly. Apply this combination on the face and rub for few minutes on the dark spots. Rinse with chilled water after 20 minutes. It is an easy way to reduce the dark spots by regularly using the mixture. Vitamins and the sulphur contents of onions and allicin from garlic have anti fungal, anti-aging properties and give soothe the skin while removing the bacteria from it

Dear lybrate-user the pain is not related to surgery. Gym exercises can give some pain which is relieved with ice therapy. If pain persists then see a doctor. The urine color is naturally yellow. Still to clear your doubt you can get urine examination done in Lab.

Hi Shweta, you can wait for periods till 7-10days. This delayed period could be because of stress or hormonal imbalance.

TIPS TO PREVENT COMPLICATIONS OF DIABETES: Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight: helps lower your blood pressure and cholesterol too. waist of more than 80 cm in women & 90 cm in man are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :improves metabolic activity and helps reducing weight. 3- Split meals and eat in moderate amount 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time Remember to eat food slowly & chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs: regular brisk walking for 30 min. five times a week is best .Cycling, swimming, dancing can also be done. Small babies many times do not pass stools for 7 days but we have to see that they have soft abdomen at all times and if the urine quantity is adequate than its okay as far as the frequency of urine output is concerned.

Dear lybrate-user, according to your height your weight should be around 58 - 68 Kgs. I would suggest you take good quantity of foods that has foods from all the five food groups like cereals, pulses, fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products, meat and fish if you are non vegetarian. Drink plenty of water. Never skip any of your meal especially your breakfast. Have frequent meals rather than one large meal. Include whole cereals and pulses rather than refined foods. Try to include variety in your meals.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Der are couple of options Either u can go for fixed braces. If braces is not an option for u den u can use aligners to close d gap. . This treatment wil take 8 to 10 months. . For instant closing of gaps u hav to get lamintes or crowns placed . But braces or aligners is d ideal option
