1. If you have recurrent attack of sneezing, you may be having sinusitis or allergic rhinitis 2. Take x ray/ct scan of pns to confirm sinusitis and consult ent specialist for advice and treatment 3 if sinusitis is excluded, then it is due to allergic rhinitis, 4. Do an allergy test after consulting allergy specialist/immunologist to find out the cause of allergy and follow the treatment and advice accordingly.

1. Relieves Fatigue
If you often feel tired, there is a high chance that it could be due to inadequate consumption of water which makes the body function less efficiently. In fact, fatigue is one of the first signs of dehydration.

Water also improves the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. This helps in digestion and prevents constipation. Inadequate water in the body often results in constipation as the colon pulls water from the stools to maintain hydration, thereby making them harder and difficult to pass.

Drinking sufficient water boosts your metabolism and helps the body properly break down food. This helps your digestive system work well and promotes regular bowel movements. Warm water, in particular, is good for digestive health.

In a clinical trial, scientists found that drinking two eight-ounce glasses of water prior to meals can help suppress appetite and hence support your weight loss efforts. When you drink water, it fills your stomach and reduces the tendency to eat more.

Plus, it helps increase the rate at which the body burns fat, and promotes the breakdown and elimination of fat cells.

Calorie-free water is also a great replacement for high-calorie drinks like alcohol, sugary fizzy drinks and sodas that often contribute to weight gain.

Water is an excellent detoxifier as it helps flush out toxins from your body and get rid of waste primarily through sweat and urine.

It also promotes kidney function and reduces kidney stones by diluting the salts and minerals in urine that cause kidney stones.

Hi, according to your height your weight is too low. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Begin your day with a bowl of overnight soaked soyabean also. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

My mother has been diagnosed with stones in both kidneys. She was advised to undergo laser surgery which in my country is not available. I would like to bring her to Mumbai for management. Sir kidney stones can be removed by ayurvedic medicines. Please tell the size of stones. Mean while stop taking green leafy vegetables and tomatoes. Start taking 2_4 litres of pure water daily. Please inform for more.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Endometrium is thickened & hyperechoic (ET -- 17-18 mm.). Suggested Histopathological examination. HB - 8.60 gm% due to excess bleeding last period 17-29. Hello! I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, dal & products, different type of millet etc. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. Aim for around 40-50g carbs and 20-30g protein. This stabilises your hormonal system to enable tissue regeneration and keeps blood sugar stable.

Hello, the pain you are talking about is because of ovulation, so take homoeopathic medicines - Mag. Phos. 6x and Colocynthis 200 - both after 2-3 hrs. during the pain. And Five Phos/ thrice dail for 1month. If the pain still persists, get back to me for further guidance. Management: Regular light exercise daily helps to reduce the pain and improves the circulation. Eat healthy and nutritious diet to avoid any deficiencies. Drink 12-15 glasses of water (as dehydration can also lead to more cramps).
