Five weeks ago neck pain started but settled in a week in the mean while I started working out and had pain in different places in my elbow and one of my knee. I met with a chiropractor and she said its tendonitis and it will settle with time, although my pain decreased significantly after rest and stretching but then I had strange feeling in ring fingers in both hands and pain in both thumbs and some strange feeling in fingers of feet. I don't have trouble sleeping or morning stiffness but sometimes burning near elbows. I don't have visible swelling at any of my joints. I am 30. I have gum infection from last 3 months. Can it be initial symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis?

This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression. Cervical spondylosis – chronic condition with radiating pain As your rightly said you have to go for traction and also you can do IFT. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercise. Use collar will definitely be helpful for him to maintain the good posture. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm. Yesterday I had an insect bite on my shoulder. I didn't take it seriously and thought its just a mosquito bite. But today morning when I woke up I found big swelling on my shoulder and pain in my entire right hand. Till yet there is no relief I pain. Please help.

Please take ledum pal 200 at an interval of every one hours 6 pills till the time you get relief. Also apply ice on the affected part if this helps you.

I am 24 year old male, weight 73 kgs and height is 176 centimeters, I am feeling pain in my knee joint (both knees) for some times after get up while sited in ground with folding my legs. I also feel pain for some time after get up from latrine (Indian style). What is the problem is actually, please suggest me any medicine or any tips to relief from it. And the problem is started just before 2-3 months when I got a pain suddenly in my knee joint with without and reason.

Hi, Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15 min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
