If I seat at a place for a while like 5to10 min then when I get up I fill backpain why and how to overcome from this.
Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg apply hot fomentation twice daily. Up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

No. Any problem if it goes without treatment will never go off on own. E. G. If you have high fever and keep hoping it will go on its own. It will not. Any illness should not be ignored but treated. You are very young and deep depression you talk of - is curable fast - at your age with right diagnosis and treatment. First get psychological testing from a qualified and trained psychologist- a specialist for diagnosis of mental illness and providing counselling and psychotherapy- treatment without medicines. Based on report get recommended treatment from psychologist - if your depression like symptoms have psychological basis or take medicines from psychiatrist if it is an illness to be treated.

Avoid lahsun, adarak and tea in summer take cap doxy 1 16 1 1 for 1 day 1 for 14 days use dermadew acne soap for bath can apply persol lotion tab ebasil 5 1 itching.

U need to change your daily routine 1. Take proper rest 2. All meals on time. Don't skip meals 3. Avoid spicy, fried & junk food 4. Exercise regularly 5. Take protein rich diet & fruits.

At the age of 16 when I was shaving the pimples present on my cheek got cut by the shaving blade and that area on my cheek turned into black colour and the skin at that area appearing like scales. At present my age is 22 and the blackness at that area is lighten but not totally. #There are scares left on face due to pimples #what should I do to get rid of scales and blackness & scars on my cheek.

Do not pinch the pimples. Take less of Mirchi Masala, more of dairy products and good amount of liquids, either fruit juice or water. Ayurvedic ointments can be prescribed.

It could be because of piles or tightening of pelvic muscles. Kindly increase fluid and fiber intake and do not strain while passing stools.

It can be due to acidity , so avoid foods which are too bitter , oily , and pungent, and make fruits and vegetables your daily eating habits and drink warm milk of cow every night about two hours after dinner. Avoid non-vegetarian foods

If the pain is severe do get an mri done immediately. Do not bend forward or lift any weight. Over-the-counter medicines for instant pain relief may be taken.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

· Pay close attention to your food choice. · Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc.. · While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. · Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. · Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. · Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. · Eat plenty of salads. · Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. · Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. · Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. · Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. · Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. · Drink 3 liters of water in a day. · Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. · Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day. · Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. · Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

If you are overweight you need to reduce weight ; this is most important. Also get a hormonal assay and USG done to see if you have polycystic ovaries. Actual treatment will depend on these results. Usually a low dose hormonal pill is given to help regularise your periods.
