sedentary life can cause abdominal fat, for that u should manage ur dirt plan, avoid rice, potato, sweets. take green vegetables, walk atleast 45 min, do crunches, skipping and don't sit after taking meal walk at least 15 min...drink lukewarm water in morning...

Vinegar is a natural exfoliate and you can use either apple cider or white vinegar to exfoliate your skin. Using clean pad, apply some vinegar on the face and rinse it off after five to 10 minutes with cool water. If your skin is sensitive, you can dilute the vinegar with water. You can also freeze the vinegar into cubes or chill it for a cooling effect. This treatment can help control oily skin and acne but you will need to use the vinegar consistently before bed for about two to three weeks for best results. Aloe vera We all know that Aloe Vera has various healing powers. This miracle plant is great for the skin and you can grow it naturally and then slice it to get the gel or purchase the gel from your nearest department store. You can apply aloe gel on your face three times a day and you do not even need to rinse it off.

I am 18 years old and having a problem of migraine, sometime it goes worst and worst. What should I do.

DEAR lybrate-user. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals . 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits 6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 40 ml of DAAAIMAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water. B) take 4 tablets of sutshekhar rasa after meals C) Eat 1 tsf of flax seeds after meals, do all things for 7 days. This formulation is 100% effective.

Being a nutritional powerhouse, apple cider vinegar helps reduce migraines. Add one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. 2. Mix in one tablespoon of honey. 3. Drink this daily to prevent as well as treat migraines. If you are not used to taking apple cider vinegar, start by taking one teaspoon and gradually increase the amount. 1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

I.am 26 year old female. I do not take any fatty diet. I used to drink water too much in a day. As I also use to keep walking for 45 min at least as well as I.do not have thyroid problem also. But my weight is increasing day by day. And the problem is belly fat. So. What should I do to reduce my belly fat. Some exercise I can't do as I have a disc displacement in my spinal cord.

To gain weight, you need to increase your daily food intake. Have 6-7 meals in a day instead of only 3 main meals. Include milkshakes, ice-creams, add an extra chapati to your lunch and dinner. Add rice and pulses like rajma, chole, dals, paneer, soybean to your lunch / dinner. Have cheese sandwiches, eggs, aloo parathas in your breakfast. Supplements will not help much in long time and may alsohave side-effects. Exercise only for 30 minutes. For more details, consult on a private chat on Lybrate.
