Avoid raw sugar from your diet. Avoid taking sweets, cold drinks, sweet fruits, cake and pastrees. Avoid fried food and junk food. Take more vagetables, pulses. Drink plenty of fluid. Do 1 hour exercise daily like walking, swimming or gym whichever is suitable to you. You can try skipping also. Keep in mind that weight loss is not as hard as you think just you have to consistent in your effort.

Follow advice given below: 1. Maintain hygiene, avoid allergens 2. You can use calamine lotion local application for itching for 3-5 day 3. Avoid synthetic cloth and prefer cotton cloth 4. Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally within 4 weeks. Before you start with this diet there are a few Things you should keep in mind to achieve best Results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any Other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 Days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is Because once you gain muscles it will add to our Body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins Brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during The day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is Recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your Body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like Oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, Etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of Fruits you can have as much as you want, However fruits like Mango & Banana should be Avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not Take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the Morning. Hye. Poor nutrition and lack of physical activity along with stress is usually the reason for weight gain. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. For gaining weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jiggery before meals. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions…. THANKS…

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. Exercise atleast 5 times a week. Do not overeat. Eat 3 proper meals and 2 snack in between. Stop when your stomach is 80% full. Eat slowly,

Dear lybrate-user, It looks as though you have never gone for a check up with your doctor. Peradyl is an old type of tablet. If you find it useful, you have to continue it for more years. Since you still have headache and no freshness, please consult the doctor once again. She/he may change the drug or increase the dose or add another drug or ask you to go for menopause check ups.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- take arsenic 200, twice daily. Take alphacf, 2 tabs with warm water, thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Hello , there are several reasons to appear pimples, either have you gastric upset or constipation, or decrease amount of water intake or excess intake of oily/fatty food. So correct the relative cause. You should take more fibres in your diet. Must wash your face more than 3-4 time.

Hi, DipsI can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. Sample Diet PlanBreakfast – green Juice.Lunch – vegetable pulao with pineapple fruits. Dinner – paneer with green salad. Snacks – 25g almonds with green tea. We do not recommend supplements. Our weight should be proportionate to our height. For every given height there is a normal weight range. You must do several things correctly to gain weight. A healthy diet: this is the foundation of gaining weight. If you don't do this right, the other things you do won't be effective and could even be harmful. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.
