If mammography is negative just keep a watch on lump if any. Some water retention is seen as tenderness in some women. Get bp checked and blood for sugar and lipids. Reduce salt and drink lots of water. Take potassium rich food like oranges and lemon juice and amla etc. Drink lots of water to flush out toxic elements from blood by producing more urine.

There are actually no medications to increase milk. And milk generation is not related to age. The more the baby suckles, the more milk the breasts produce. Try to put the baby to breast more often. Using a breast pump to stimulate breasts would also help. But remember, each time you give formula feed to your baby, your milk production goes down.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

If you want to gain weight and muscle, that is, lean muscle mass start eating right and exercising right. Hi, Once diagnosed, the patient has to be shifted to the hospital where the patient is symptomatically in an isolation ward as it is highly contageous. They may be treated with antivirals like Oseltamivir (Tamiflu) or Zanamivir (Relenza).

1. Chop some onions (pyaz) into fine pieces and squeeze out the juice. Apply this to hair and scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with shampoo. 2. Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results. 3. Take coconut milk and add a little water to it. Apply this to the scalp and allow it to stay overnight. Rinse this the next morning. 4. Add two teaspoons of amla juice/ powder and mix with equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well, apply to the scalp and leave it to dry; then rinse using warm water. 5. Take some flowers of rose (gulab) add some water to it and make a paste. Apply it on hair and keep it for an hour and then wash the hair.

Few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

You can apply candid-B lotion twice in a day and Teczine 1 tablet daily at bedtime for 10 day. Keep the part clean and dry. Avoid use of soap in pubic area.

About *DENGUE * in ayurweda

तीव्र ज्वर, सर में तेज़ दर्द, आँखों के पीछे दर्द होना, उल्टियाँ लगना, त्वचा का सुखना तथा खून के प्लेटलेट की मात्रा का तेज़ी से कम होना डेंगू के कुछ लक्षण हैं जिनका यदि समय रहते इलाज न किया जाए तो रोगी की मृत्यु भी सकती है l

यह एक ऐसा वायरल रोग है जिसका मेडिकल चिकित्सा पद्धति में कोई इलाज नहीं है परन्तु आयुर्वेद में इसका इलाज है और वो इतना सरल और सस्ता है की उसे कोई भी कर सकता है l

1) Pomegranate Juice (अनार जूस)

It is easily available. Prefer to extract juice at home and avoid canned (packed) juice, because it has preservatives. Pomegranate juice purifies the blood and gives strength to fight the disease.

अनार जूस नया खून बनाता है तथा रोगी की रोग से लड़ने की शक्ति प्रदान करता है, अनार जूस आसानी से उपलब्ध है|

2) Wheat grass juice (गेहूं की घास का रस)

Extract the juice out of the wheat grass (by either crushing it in mixer or juicer). If wheat grass is not available then you may use Apple juice also. It has same benefits as Pomegranate Juice.

गेहूं घास रस अनार जूस की तरह नया खून बनाता है तथा रोगी की रोग से लड़ने की शक्ति प्रदान करता है| यदि गेहूं घास रस ना मिले तो रोगी को सेब का रस भी दिया जा सकता है |

3) Papaya leaf juice (पपीते के पत्तों का रस)


NOT a papaya tree
This is most important. extract juice from fresh papaya leaves and give it to the patient 2-3 times a day. Blood Pletellete count will start increasing from the first day itself.

पपीते के पत्तों का रस सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है, पपीते का पेड़ आसानी से मिल जाता है उसकी ताज़ी पत्तियों का रस निकाल कर मरीज़ को दिन में २ से ३ बार दें , एक दिन की खुराक के बाद ही प्लेटलेट की संक्या बढ़ने लगेगी|

Note: Sometimes, Please don’t confuse Arandi leaves with Papaya leaves. The image on the right is an Arandi tree (and NOT Papaya tree)

4) Giloy (गिलोय/अमृता/अमरबेल सत्व) – Giloya, Guduchi (Hindi), Gulancha/palo(Bengali), Tippaatigo (Telugu), Shindilakodi (Tamil), Gulavel (Marathi)


Extract juice from the stem of Giloy lace (बेल) 2-3 times a day. It will increase the pletellete count and will control the fever. It will also increase the immunity of patient. Giloy is also available in the form of medicine at “Divya family clinic”

गिलोय की बेल का सत्व मरीज़ को दिन में २-३ बार दें, इससे खून में प्लेटलेट की संख्या बढती है, ज्वर नियंत्रित होता है, रोग से लड़ने की शक्ति बढती है तथा कई रोगों का नाश होता है|

It appears to be due to stress / anxiety, so relax and do exercise. However to exclude other cause you need to do some blood tests like sugar and hormones. Stop smoking if you smoke. Check BP. If you are taking any medicine or nutritional supplement on regular basis then it may be due to side effect of that. Depending on the reports treatment is decided.

Hi to increase weight you need to have calorie rich meals well placed throughout the day to form 4-5 meals a day. Foods like milk and milk products, nuts, eggs, ghee based home made sweets, pulses.
