You mean you r having vertigo? Have you checked your blood. Pressure while having vertigo? measure bp in both sllying down and standing/sitting condition. Any complain of double vision or blurring or vision? are you having tinnitus - noise in ear? which medicines you r taking?

As per the symptoms it can be lateral epicondylitis also known as tennis elbow. In this there is difficulty in lifting weights. For this you need to avoid lifting weights or any other activities which require lifting or twisting actions of forearm. As per weight lifting is concerned you need to give rest to the part so that it can heal. Normally it takes 6 weeks to 12 weeks for condition to improve. For pain relief apply locally ice packs 2 to 3 times daily and take analgesics. Hope this information is helpful you can contact for further assistance.

Take tab crocin 500 mg one sos. you can take 2-3 tab in 24 hours. in case of high fever , do cold sponging. take healthy diet and rest. if fever is not recovering then do some investigation like CBC, typhidot. malarial antigen.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. -Use analgesics like crocin or dolo -650 mg and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. -Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc.to prevent dehydration.

To get relief from migraine- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Most of the injuries of back while lifting weight are related to inter-vertebral discs. And since the pain is from past 1 year you need to consult an orthopaedic physician and get an mri done. After that you have to start extensive physiotherapy which will include exercises to strengthen your back and modalities to reduce your back pain. Never underestimate your back pain and as soon as possible consult an orthopaedician and a physiotherapist. I hope I helped you. Thank you!

I have pain in my whole body strain eyes and feverish feeling and fatique. I have gone through al blood tested like widal ,mp card,CBC.All are normal .I am having this feeling from last 3 4 month it comes and goes .And I feel very tired. Measure your temperature daily 3 times a day for atleast 1 week. Repeat CBC, ESR, CRP, TSH and also for TB, SLE, Sarcoidosis, or Systemic illnesses. Consult a physician again. Once any infections ruled, you could be having Chronic fatigue Syndrome, which is a post viral malaise like illness. Once all are ruled out, You could be suffering from Somatic Illness which is a physical illness of psychiatric origin. Consult a psychiatrist

Dear lybrateuser, -Good to know your CBC & thyroid reports are normal, also get your fasting & post food blood sugar done -have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables especially green leafy ones -have meals on time, don't skip meals, also have snacks inbetween to provide energy -do regular exercises, follow regular sleep timings, have restful sleep for atleast 7-8 hrs a night -consult doctor on forum with blood report.

It is ideal for you to eat small quantities of nutritious food regularly to reduce your weight. It is ideal for you to include at least 30 to 45 minutes of exercise every day to see visible differences in weight. •Have a breakfast by 8: 30 am in the morning and limit it to 250 to 300 calories. •Have a handful of nuts as a mid morning snack at 10: 30 am •Have your lunch at 12.45 pm and make sure it is only a diet full of veggies and fruits. •At 2: 30 pm have your afternoon snack that could be carrot sticks or apple with low fat peanut butter? •At 6 pm have the last meal of the day that includes a cup of vegetables before the meal? Hello, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week on your nose.

Do you remember the last time you had a searing knee pain in the middle of your morning run? It was probably because you did not warm up properly. The incidence of injuries in various sports has gone up in the recent times, and it is mostly due to the lack of proper warm up exercises. However, other factors come into play as well, such as the pressure of increased workload on the current batch of athletes, missing a trick or two with the proper technique to be followed, etc.

In order to reduce the risk of an injury, it is advised to follow these simple tips:

  1. Set realistic goals for yourself: Don’t go overboard with anything that includes repetitively stressing and straining your body over a certain degree. If you are planning to go for a run or hit to the gym, make sure you set goals that you can sustain and find feasible. One example of this would be to not increase the amount of weight drastically while lifting weights as it can lead to serious injuries.

  2. Follow the right technique: Proper technique is very important in sports, a lack of which can lead to injuries. Ask your trainer to observe your form when you perform any activity. Focus on your breathing and posture when you are exercising.

  3. Warm up before you begin exercising: Warming up before you exercise or play a sport is important as it helps loosen your muscles and boost blood circulation. It drastically reduces the risks of sustaining injuries, and also prepares your body for the subsequent exercise.

  4. Cool down: Similar to an essential warm up is the need to cool down; it is another aspect that should not be ignored. Cooling down usually consists of stretches and postures that promote flexibility. The muscles become sore after working out. Stretching can help reduce post workout pain and make the joints flexible. Cooling down also helps in eliminating lactic acid from the muscles, which means less pain after exercise.

  5. Listen to your body: During an activity, if you feel that you can no longer carry on, terminate the activity. The chances of injury rise if you continue to push your body over your threshold limit. If you think that you can no longer carry on doing something without risking an injury, avoid doing it altogether. Listen to your body, and it shall never fail you.

A. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.
