Hii Dr. can you tell me how to loose weight. please give me diet chart to loose weight as soon as possible.
Diet management is helpful for loosing weight. 1- you should take green tea 3-4 time / day. 2- take lukewarm water in early morning with lemon juice. 3- take heavy breakfast which is rich in mineral, vitamin, avoid fatty product like cheese, white bread. 4- take lunch litter than breakfast. 5- take dinner litter than lunch. Do not take dinner after 8 pm. Do some exercise like cardio (slow walking 30-45 min), yoga.

Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Hi, take avena sativa q, 15 drops with water twice daily. Take nux vomica 200, 5 drops twice daily. Take schwabe's damiaplant, 20 drops twice daily with water. Revert after 2 weeks.

I ride active I am getting tanned day by day plus my skin is damn sensitive and my skin started looking dull I need a proper food diet for myself to get rid of all this. Doctors help. Me with your precious advice.

Use an ubtan of milk, besan, haldi and olive oil to remove tan. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

You should have a balanced diet with fat, protein and moderate carbohydrate food which is reachnin leafy green vegetables ceriales, and lot of fruit and plenty of water by mouth. For that matter any vegetables which is easily digestible. And fibrous rich diet. Milk etc.

I got married in 2008 having pcos problem from 2009 till now taking metformin 850 sr twice daily in 2012 conceived naturally with help of medicine only but unfortunately had miscarriage in third month pregnancy after that unable to conceive .we tried iui procedure 3 times but failed. My spouse reports are ok. I know I am overweight but despite best efforts unable to loose weight if I do it will bounce back. Is pcos is the only cause of infertility? Now I am worried what to do shd I consider ivf treatment ?which I am not ready for it. Pls advice.

Hello. Take homeopathic treatment for pcos. Its completely curable. If you want to take treatment consult me. Follow some tips to cure pcos 1. Drink 8 glass water / day. 2. Drink turmeric milk before you go to bed. For one month. 3. Avoid rice completely. 4. Drink green tea 2 times/ day. 5. Eat carrots, radish,beets. 6 daily exercise 45 min. 7.
