Principles in loosing weight are some excercises, more protein and low carbohydrate and low fat (Omega-6) but to maintain proper intake of vitamins, minerals. After 6 in evening to avoid carbs and take protein+fibre. If you want easier way of meal replacement

I think too much. I have no such that much close friend whom I can share everything. I have no partner. I always feel lonely. This is causing a serious depression. I could not do any work peacefully. Always I feel very depressed. Please give suggestions that how can I get rid of all this things.

Hi there ~ the key to fighting depression is to start with a few small goals and slowly build from there. Draw upon whatever resources you have. You may not have much energy, but you probably have enough to take a short walk around the block or pick up the phone to call a loved one. Spend some time in nature list what you like about yourself read a good book watch a funny movie or tv show take a long, hot bath take care of a few small tasks play with a pet talk to friends or family face-to-face listen to music do something spontaneous

Diabetes - Ayurvedic Remedies To Help You Combat It!!

Diabetes is a condition wherein, the level of sugar in your blood increases significantly. This happens when the sugar you consume from foods is not efficiently processed by the body thus, a rise in the level of your blood sugar. An excess concentration of sugar in the blood can make you prone to various health complications.

Symptoms

The symptoms of diabetes include frequent urge to urinate, increased thirst, increased hunger and rapid weight loss, combined with fatigue and irritability. Diabetes can also cause problems in the eyes, such as blurred vision as well as make you prone to cataracts and even glaucoma (in very rare cases). With diabetes, any injury or body sore tends to take a lot of time to heal.

Causes     

Diabetes is a disorder that occurs due to impaired insulin functioning. Insulin is a hormone that is produced by pancreas, which is located right below the stomach. Diabetes, when occurs as a result of insufficient production of insulin by the pancreas, is known as Type 1 Diabetes. In this type, the immune cells in the body attack the cells in the pancreas, which produce insulin thus, discouraging insulin secretion.

Another kind is the Type 2 diabetes, which occurs when the cells in the body become insulin resistant. Most cases of diabetes are of this particular type, as one of the major reasons behind this is following an erratic lifestyle devoid of healthy habits.  

Gestational diabetes is the third type, although it isn’t very common. During pregnancy, the various hormones that are secreted in the body can play spoilsport with the functioning of the pancreas, thus the production of insulin. This leads to a drastic rise in blood sugar levels.

How to treat it with Ayurvedic remedies

  1. Eat healthy: Eating healthy assumes the maximum importance; you need to eat healthy in order to control diabetes effectively. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in the diet, but make sure to pick foods that contain little sugar. Fruits such as bananas and grapes are not the best options for a diabetic. Rather, one should consider cucumber and bitter gourd in such circumstances.

  2. Exercise regularly: Regular exercise can keep your body weight at optimal level, which goes a long way in preventing and controlling symptoms of diabetes. Besides being good for your heart, cardiovascular exercises such as running bring down the excess glucose levels in the blood.

  3. Limit stress: Stress is very harmful for the body as it reduces your immunity against diseases and infections. Leading a stressful life can make you prone to a variety of disorders, diabetes being one of them. Relaxation techniques such as meditation and yoga can help one deal with stress effectively.

Management of diabetes can be done using a variety of herbs. Some of them are:

  1. Vjaysar
  2. Eugenia jambolana (Jamun beej churna)
  3. Pterocarpus marsupium (Vijaysar churna)
  4. Ficus bengalensis (Nyagrodha twaka churna – banyan tree bark)
  5. Shilajeet
  6. Momordica chirantia Karvellaka (Karella – Bitter Gourd)
  7. Kirat tikata (Chirayata)
  8. Emblica officinalis (Amla)

It is possible that certain patients are unable to respond to insulin or hypoglemic medicines. In this case, an ayurvedic physician may prescribe some ayurvedic drugs such as:

  1. Dhatri Nisha
  2. Chandraprabha vati
  3. Vasant kusumakar rasa

Diabetes is not just a lack of insulin. It is the most probable cause is plain poor maintenance of your body. Its cure will need to include all of these things discussed. The best idea is to fix a particular date and stop taking alcohol altogether. But before that you should consult a psychiatrist for proper evaluation, investigations and some medication to get rid of withdrawal symptoms of sudden stopage of alcohol.

Dear , you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. I am 24 year old guy. I smoked almost 8-10 cigarettes in a day. I've had a bad cold, sore throat and can also feel my left ear to be blocked because of the cold. There are times when I have a migraine attack and one side of my face goes numb. Is it something to be scared of? Or will it get better once i've recovered from this ent problem that i'm facing due the change in weather?

Cold, cogh due change in weather is small problem .very easy to treat. Migrain is also treatable need not to be scared But the damage caused by Regular Smoking is permanent . so you should stop this immediately before damage to your respiratory system become irreversible. to diagnose migrain consult physician or neurologist.

It would be better for you to eat steam cooked or boiled food in order to prevent the risk of adding on the weight. • Make sure that you only steam cooks all your veggies and do not fry them when you are cooking. • You can also consume boiled chicken or fish every day, but make sure that you should never eat fried chicken or other meat.
